The jury's decision DOES NOT exonerate AEG Live. The way the questions read for the jury to decide had to be followed by law. Question #2, the deciding question was did Conrad Murray perform the services that he was hired to do? They had already agreed that AEG hired Murray. So I suppose like with all, well intentioned and honest business people they would have stated in the "contract" that he was supposed to administer propofol in order for them to find guilt? That's why they were providing so much medical equipment right? Because that included "general care".
As one may have guessed, Conrad Murray's attorney weighed in on this exact question. Why just yesterday she made a statement about the jury being hung up on, oh yea, you guessed it...question number 2! Saying "the contract stated". Why if I didn't know better, her being at the court the other day might make me think of some kind of collaberation. Anyway, I hope juror #6 and the AEG attorney have fun after there extended glances in the court room. Lord knows our system is ALWAYS on the up and up. . . or not.
