Attorney Tom Meserau on AEG: "Katherine's attorney almost definitely will APPEAL"

On the better side of things, an appeal is expected.  There will be more evidence, more information for the attorneys to use.  These past months have not gone to waste and much was discovered to CONTINUE the fight . .  that we will! Stay tuned for updates: the fight is not over. :)
