As many of you may already know, Maria Shaw Lawson, the French Quarter Medium, made a special contribution to my book, Another Part of Me, An Extraordinary Tale of Twin Souls. Maria has been very remarkable with her work for years. She is both an intuit, medium and an astrologer which make for a unique combination. Yesterday's post revealed the face and name of a suicide bomber I had spoken about back in July. Often times when things happen in the universe they line up in sequence. You recognize signs and clues as they come. This is one of those times.
This morning when I read Maria's piece I noticed the words "Startling news comes out of the blue". This linked up with "suicide bomber" for me in some ways. I feel it may be likely that if there is something that will happen with this woman, it may be on these days: October 23-27.

Mercury retrograde starts October 4th. Traditionally they are challenging times but this one may not be as bad as others for some folks. It begins in Scorpio and then moves back into Libra so these folks will feel it the most but wherever you have the signs of Scorpio or Libra in your chart, will be most affected. Mercury retrogrades bring delays, problems with computers, cell phones, disrupted travel plans and more. It is not wise to start anything new on a retrograde. Wait until it has moved forward after October 24th but it is a good idea to do things with RE in them like refinances, reedit, reconnect, etc.
Since Libra rules relationships and mercury communication, you may her from a lot of people from your past, as they want to "reconnect" with you during this period. Former flames, old partnerships and relationships come into play during this particular retrograde. So it can be a good time for second chances in relationships and getting back together.
On October 16 and 17th Mercury will conjunct Venus and the Sun so these days would be perfect to renegotiate something or plan a reconciliation with someone. So this may actually be mercury retrograde that many of you will welcome!
There is a challenge however when Mercury comes very close to exactly opposing Uranus October 23-27. During this period where could be some startling news come to you. There's likely to be more accidents on the roads too and of course since Uranus rules technology, there will be computer challenges too.
On October 8th, we have a Lunar Eclipse at 6L52a.m. Eastern time in the sign of Aries. Lunar eclipses bring something to completion or provide an ending in our lives. It will be a hectic time for many. Relationships may end during this period or situations that you can already see or feel coming to a head. The eclipse energy has been around us for quite some time, since early September but now its will peak. So whatever messages the universe has been sending you this past month, they are becoming crystal clear now. There will be much going on in the media as well as our everyday lives.
We do have a lucky period during this chaotic time too. Mars trine Jupiter and the Moon will trine Mars and Jupiter and then Mars trine Uranus will all be beneficial and bring you opportunities out of the blue in some cases. There will be many opportunities for growth and expansion in whatever you are focusing on. Whatever challenges you may be having, these other aspects will help you through them For example, let's say you are ending a relationship but then find out you landed a great job with higher pay than your old one. Because this eclipse is during the mercury retrograde, you may have a second chance to do something really wonderful that perhaps failed or didn't manifest previously. Lets' hear it for second chances!
