Oopsy! More evidence of the Conspiracy for Michael's Murder

Mistakenly, or not, I noticed what had transpired with Frank Dileo, whom I mentioned on the previous post:  In Frank's own words (look at previous post) he was on the board for Sony/ATV.  In Frank's own words, AEG Live was paying him indirectly by paying Michael.  This is often done in business so the there is no paper trail, and/or to capture expenditures.  Could have been either one.

However, in taking into consideration some information I personally received from Michael, I took it a step further.  There were two other gentleman that seemingly manifested Michael's will from back in 2002.  I know personally Michael was working on a new will, along with other paperwork, which to my knowledge has not been found yet.  This makes me question not only the background relationships of these two individuals with Michael, but the authenticity of the will as well.  Either way who am I to judge, right?

I'm not a lawyer, but I do know Kenny Ortega was questioned during the Conrad Murray trial and asked several times by the defense why they were filming rehearsals.  Kenny stated, more than once, that it was for Michael's personal use.  Being of a "personal" nature, one would think that anything "personal" would be passed on to his Estate after he passed.  Technically, upon proper authority, the Estate would then make arrangements to enter into deals. Like the one they entered into with Sony:

Michael Jackson Estate Signs Deal With Sony

Published: March 15, 2010
Nine months after Michael Jackson’s death, his estate has signed one of the biggest recording contracts in history, giving Sony, Mr. Jackson’s longtime label, the rights to sell his back catalog and draw on a large vault of unheard recordings.

Did I say Sony?  Isn't that the company Frank was on the board for?  That's also the company that Michael said wanted rights to his catalog, by the way.

Rights, like the ones discussed above, are given through the US Copyright office. Like rights for This Is It, for instance.  Here is the record from the US government.  As you can see it was filed on 7/02/2009 and the rights were filed under AEG Live.

This is what confuses me, though.  Shouldn't the estate have these rights? Is the Estate and AEG the same?  Wasn't the footage for Michael's "personal" use?

I don't know about you but I find it bad form to not only file for these rights, but so early?  Michael died on the 25th of June, it was a Thursday.  It wasn't even announced until that afternoon.  Everyone must have been really upset that worked with him.  Now that I think about it, though I didn't hear that Frank was crying.  He didn't seem too upset on that video either.  Actually I don't think he expressed any emotional reaction when he talked about the day his friend and client died.

So there is Friday (6/26) Sat (6/27) Sun (6/28) Mon (6/29) Tues (6/30) Wed (7/1) and then Thursday (7/2) Let's see that's one week, exactly 5 business days to get a copyright idea, then fill out the form to record it AND mail it.  Boy that is REALLY quick cause I know my mail here takes at least a couple of business days..  If it was electronically filed,  the document would indicate it.  So it does look like it was mailed.

Can you imagine the shock they must have been in after Michael died and still having the fore sight to do all this?  They even have all the dancers, et al listed!

So many fans have really done a great job posting information, I just feel like I have to do my part too.  I'm so behind!!!

Ok, so the word "catalog", did you notice the word "catalog" in the article announcing the Sony deal?  That's the word Michael used when he made that statement about his death.  mmmm. . .

There is quite a large vault of unheard recordings too.  The executors of the estate have transferred over 100 titles into their names this past March, the third to be exact  Just after a request for payment to each of them for administration of the estate, naming a percentage of all gross earnings.  Simultaneously they put a request into the county of Los Angeles to "expedite" the deal.  I would imagine because they must have had talks with Sony some time prior.  You know, only because the announcement (above) was dated on March 15.  Wow, that's fast!  These guys don't waste any time.

With a little Dr Seuss humor, where exactly did Michael have all of his unreleased material?  Was it at a house? With a mouse?  Or in car?  Carried far?

Actually, I didn't know Michael was a Harry Potter fan until after he passed.  So as he's said before, for those of us who like to live dangerously . . this one's for you:

This is just shocking, and disgusting, it really is - how low can people go? Thankyou so much for bringing this information to the fore. This kind of stuff needs be known and seen to show what was really going on behind Michael. And this kind of massive manipulation is going on the world over. I pray that this awakening speeds up and people realise what is being done.
