Evidence Related to Press Release Statement

If you search any key words on the internet, you are bound to find a dozen sites by fans all over the world collecting evidence that supports the fact that Michael Jackson was murdered.  The recent press release I've posted on the blog encompasses some of that evidence.  Here is the evidence point by point:

Michael Jackson fans all over the world have put the pieces together for the LA County Court.  There is even evidence that LA County has that has gone missing and they have turned a blind eye to. When the Jackson family asked to see the surveillance tape of Michael’s estate their request was denied
"They were already in that house and they didn’t want us to see who was leaving. When I got on the scene, I asked the police officers, ‘Where are the surveillance tapes? I want you to pull them.’ They said, ‘Well.’ ‘I want to see everything on it. I want to see it.’ I asked them over and over and I haven’t seen it to this day and I just learned just the other day they erased it, so they say. [...]”

"A fingerprint on the syringe bag, a slashed syringe bag, and missing bottle of Propofol and a missing surveillance tape; that indicates to me that somebody else was in the house and got out with that surveillance tape:
and when the 2002 will that Michael Jackson himself asked John Branca to return to him in a written letter, was produced, the LA County’s office again turned a blind eye.
"MR. OXMAN'S FILING NOV 9th

"John Branca was fired in 2002 and was asked to return all documents If he fulfilled that obligation, no will should have been in his possession"

"John Branca as a board member and 5% share owner of the Sony/ATV catalog. In continuation we have John Branca as a previously fired attorney for Michael Jackson, John Branca as a subject of investigation for conspiracy and embezzlement during Michael’s 2005 child molestation charge and John Branca as a friend of Tommy Mottola.

Branca was a loose end out there in Never-Neverland (Captian Hook !) until he produced the 2002 will that he was supposed to turn over to Michael when Michael demanded it in 2003 after firing him. He was still friends with Mottola and still representing Sony on deals. Branca is the connector with everything Sony in regard to Michael Jackson. Frank DiLeo, Branca, Mottola, McClain, the Sony/ATV and MiJack Catalogs, and the forged 2002 all have Branca relationships"

Seems there is corruption in court system.  According to Richard I Fine, PhD., former prosecuting attorney, there is a preposterous amount of judicial briberies in the system.  Most of them taking money from trust accounts to pay the judicial officials off.

"Fine challenged and corrected state corruption, returning about “$350 million to California taxpayers which state, county and municipal governments (unlawfully took from) ‘special funds’ and ‘trust funds’ in a series of taxpayer cases filed in federal” and state courts,"

Recent news of the Estate of Michael Jackson, which includes John Branca (also shareholder of Sony/ATV) purchasing EMI Publishing with “trust funds” set up by the Estate and the request for a monetary settlement from Conrad Murray for Michael’s kids, only fattens the Estate, not the children.  Looks like the Estate is diverting those funds in salaries, other trusts, and purchases  of assets in collaboration with, you guessed it - Sony/ATV, whom both current Estate executors have a stake in.  One might think this was a conflict of interest.

"Sony/ATV Music Publishing and its strong and experienced management team will help oversee EMI Music Publishing on behalf of the Group. Sony/ATV Music Publishing is co-owned by subsidiaries of SCA and trusts formed by the Estate of Michael Jackson."

"According to court documents obtained by TMZ.com, the D.A. has asked Judge Michael Pastor to order Conrad pay the money to the kids as they are "entitled to wages or profits lost due to injury incurred by the victim". The D.A. cites a letter from the Michael Jackson Estate, which estimates Michael would have made $100 million in revenue from the 'This Is It' concert residency which he was preparing for when he died"

"Distribution rights for “This Is It” were sold to Sony Pictures, another unit of Sony Corp., for $60 million and the movie went on to gross $252 million worldwide, the most of any concert film ever."

"Two men administering Michael Jackson ’s estate are seeking 10 percent of profits they’re able to generate from the late pop superstar’s work. Attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain filed a motion yesterday asking a court to approve the compensation. It is unclear exactly how much Branca and McClain would be paid, but they are seeking to run a company that would oversee a business based on Jackson’s works."

Court filing are also on file at LA county court - with a separate motion to "expedite" the approval/The big Sony deal was done a few weeks later:

Especially when AEG, the company that was to promote the concert series for the This Is It venue, only days after Michaels murder filed for copyrights to all of the footage from rehearsals.  According to Kenny Ortega’s testimony in the Conrad Murray trial, he stated more than once that the footage was for Michael’s “personal” use.  If it was than how did AEG come by it and claim rights to it?

"statement from Kenny Ortega:  " There weren't always cameras rolling. The cameras didn't start rolling -- well, sometimes he had a private camera rolling, and sometimes we had cameras rolling at rehearsal. It was always if he asked it. It was per his request. For no one else."
