Here in the US we had a young man shoot over twenty people at an elementary school. Millions of souls are devastated from the actions of one tormented soul. Perhaps it is time to embrace those that are so wrought with pain as ourselves and reach out to heal them as we would ourselves before events like this happen. My views are that he was not listened to, he was angry and no one cared about what he was going through.
Some may call it evil, but we are not born into this world evil. Some may call for a ban on guns, yet that still does not solve the source of the problem. All of this news and chaos, grief and loss because no one bothered to reach out to one young man to help him with what he was going through. Those are my personal thoughts; we need spiritual, compassionate leaders who care about humanity, not politics and how much money it will cost for gun control. We need people themselves to become more compassionate and loving towards one another; we are not separate and we live here on the same earth. This is so overwhelmingly evidenced by this tragedy. Are we going to love and care for one another or still act like we are separate beings and should therefore ignore the signs of pain and torment of our brothers and sisters?
I have asked the brothers and sisters of light that help me what they would say to this and this is what they have given:
"Since the dawn of creation, men, women and children have taken it upon themselves to hurt and humiliate others in vein. It is with a soft heart and a strong conviction that one man can enter the world full of love and compassion enough to set the record straight. No one among us has not thought a bad thought or have we ever not felt anger. Yet, all that most people see is the outcome. Not the cause of the actions, not the pain and embarrassment this young boy carried with him. There are emotional traumas, neglect and confusion. When these wounds are not healed they are tormented in other ways. Distortions of the truth begin to play out in the mind and other thoughts and ideas are permitted to be made manifest.
What is the solution? One could not know that unless one could know the power to know oneself and another. When two people come into contact they are meshing their spiritual and physical emotional bodies. There is not another that is the exact same as you. So we all must take precautions in dealing with others. Knowing we don't know what may be in their spirit and knowing that there may be great pain hidden beneath a layer of a tough exterior. We all can help by being more present, practicing compassion, and treating those that are so angry, so uncontrollable, with nothing but love. Somewhere, sometime there has been extreme pan inflicted either mentally or emotionally, sometimes even physically. We must be conscious of this and act as wounded soldiers, all coming from battle before the real healing of this world can begin. Simply put we must love MORE."
