If you've been here before, you might know that many times when I ask what we should write about Michael will say "love". This morning was no different:
"Love can be wonderful
It can be fantastic
Love can hurt
Love can be kind
Love can nurture
Love can swear it will be true
and Love can heal
What love can't do is sing
Love can't walk
Love can't leave you
Love can't make you be unkind
Only we can do that
We can choose to be a vehicle for love
We can choose to be a vehicle for hate and jealousy
What we choose is up to us
How we love is our decision
How we encompass love and hold it is within our reach
Love can be many things
but what it can't be is invisible
Love lives everywhere and inside all of us
Your job is to discover love
To allow it to grow and to allow it to flourish
Love can be scary
Love can make you feel as if it's unkind
But love never goes away
It just changes the way we carry it
It changes the way we express it
If we are too afraid of love, we'll never know it
And if we are too choosy about who we love, we'll never realize it's nature
Love is masterful at illusion
Grand in its kindness
and fashioned in eternity
Love is
That's what makes love so powerful
The forms it comes in
The tastes it tastes like
and the way it looks and feels
Letting love in and opening the door to love
allows the splendor of love to grow within
It opens your heart
It makes you sing
and makes you the being you were meant to be
Love's vehicle
Love's holder
Loves compassionate friend is you
Take love with you where ever you go
In your heart, love will be the guiding light that all people and things of the earth need. That light is you. That light is me. One thousand times I have told you. One thousand times I will tell you again; you ARE Love. Won't you let the love you are LIVE?"
