Your Mission

In the last post I mentioned our mission.  Your mission is your life's purpose.  Inside you there is a seed waiting to sprout it's wings.  Wings of a chariot carry you far into the depths of your soul.  It is there that when nurtured with the light of the divine we can see all things as being ours in reality.

Seeds need nourishment and time to grow.  For your seed to sprout you must allow it's growth to be natural and uninhibited.  Nature has a divine course in all things.  When you allow nature to take it's course, all things begin to line up and make themselves manifest in this world.

You can't "look" for you life purpose.  You have to wait for it to be revealed.  The more you look, the more you will search.  It's with a quite fortitude, and divine timing that your true purpose will be revealed to you.  Like a flower in bloom, the petals can never be forced to open.

To begin to germinate the seed of your life purpose, you must ask the universe "How can I serve you?"  The universe then responds with clues to who you are and where you need to go.  Everything begins to fall into synchronicity and all things in time will reveal your true life purpose.

Don't take away your light from this world by not allowing your seed to grow.  Your seed is different than everyone else's.  Your seed is special for you and the gifts you have to give are not only special, but necessary for the growth of all of our seeds in this great abundant universe.

The Planetary Shift - This Is It

I promised to post who else is helping in the movement for planetary peace and for the raising of our consciousness.  If you remember we are in the year 2012.  Mayan prophecy, as well as many other modalities around the world have told us that the consciousness of humanity will be changed like no other time in the history of our planet.  That global shift is happening right now.

There has been evidence all over the world.  The banking systems, war, and our personal lives have all had upheavals.  The time has come to review what we have been doing, become conscious of it, and change our lives and planet for the good of all.

Many times if twin souls are to be in service together, there are "sponsors" that volunteer to help the twins   come to a point where not only their service can begin, but what kind of service they together will be able to offer.  Sometimes the sponsors are referred to as "divine guidance".  It's been said that it was some of these beings that helped others in other times of great spiritual advancements in our history.

These "sponsors" are most often from a group called "The Brotherhood of Light".  If it sounds strange at first, bear with me.  Most often the reason it sounds strange is because we are conditioned to think of the only "real" beings to be physical.  In terms of our planetary evolution and our "real" selves, you must realize that you are, in fact, a divine creature created from God.  That is in it's most perfect form in the spirit, not the flesh.

So these sponsors from the Brotherhood, often are what they call ascended masters.  You probably know one right off the bat.  His name was Jesus, and ironically, or not, he came in physical embodiment just about exactly 2000 years ago.  During his time, he served with his twin flame who was Mary Magdeliene.  Maybe you've seen the DaVinci Code, or read the book.  There is some nice insights available if you haven't.

What's special about the 2000 year mark and the year 2012 is that most souls can only ascend every 1000 years.  Meaning if I don't make my ascension this time around, I spend another 1000 years on the planet.  There are only a select few that are able to leave their rounds of incarnations on earth when they make their ascensions (meaning they have fulfilled their karma by at least 51%).  The others must stay on the planet to sustain the "light" until the rest of us can hold our own "light" in time.

So here is this big movement, this time in history when so many souls who have already or are ready to ascend that have either come to the earth or are sticking close by so that they can help the rest of us lift our veils of illusion that we are all separate and truly begin to live in harmony with one another.

My sponsor is Saint Germain.  If you look up any information on him online, you might find that it is he himself that is taking the reins in the movement for humanity to become whole in higher consciousness.  You may also find that we spent other lifetimes together trying to achieve the same thing, including Michael Jackson.  You will also find that it is he that said he would find Marie Antoinette in another lifetime to make sure she was given the teachings by him.  If you read any of my previous posts you will now know that that was me and Michael Jackson in that lifetime was Mozart.

What does that mean?  It simply means that St Germain spent a lifetime with both Michael and I.  That lifetime happened to be called "The Age of Enlightenment" in Paris, France where the same kind of work was transpiring.  This time since Michael's ascension, the work will be more widespread.  Michael and I both serve on the seventh ray.  This is St Germains ray for freedom.

St Germain has given the purpose for our incarnation, and that will be to help unfold the patterns or "ruts" as he calls them in the minds of the many.  He works along side other masters, such as El Morya, Quan Yin and many others.  All forming the group called The Brotherhood.

The interesting thing about The Brotherhood is when they first introduced themselves to me and I asked their name they told me "It is not I, but we.  When you think of yourself, think of us.  When you think of us, think of yourself"  This was one of the most profound statements I had ever heard in my life.  There was no ego.  The statement, simply put made it very clear that "WE ARE ALL ONE".  There is not a me or a you.  When we act we must always think of the "us".

A World of Change - Keeping an Eye on Planetary Peace

Over the weekend I had noticed Michael was back from one of his excursions again.  When I asked where he was he told me Somalia.  "Somalia?" I asked "What were you doing there?"  "I was helping people get out" he said.  "It's terrible there.  Really terrible."

Somalia's so-called peace does not spare its children's suffering

IN A basic military clinic filled with wounded children, the sour smell of infection hung heavily in the still air.
Smothering her son's screams with her palm, Mina pulled back a thin sheet to reveal the terrible scars on his torso left by an al-Qa'ida attack just metres from the pavement where she was sleeping with her refugee family.

As most of us know, Michael Jackson had a rare opportunity to see the world.  In doing so, he was exposed to much of the war, poverty and suffering that has and is still going on in the world.  As he continues his mission to help humanity on the other side of the veil, I'll be posting his where abouts and how we can help him in achieving that mission.  It is one of world peace and for the upliftment of humanity.

I'll be adding another tab on the blog soon.  That area will contain things that you can do to help in the mission in healing the planet.  We are not asking for money. We will be asking for a little bit of time, maybe some visualization and prayers.
When time allows I'll be posting more information about who else is helping in this mission and it is my sincere desire is that you too will join us in it.

Michael on Divine Seeds

"The divine of all things contains a seed within all of us. That seed carries with it the ability to know who we are and where we are meant to go.

A long time ago I was faced with a choice in my life .  That choice was whether or not to make music for the masses or make music that made a difference.  My choice in my lifetime was made based on my faith in  God and the fact that I felt He was the one that created the music for me.

What a great opportunity we all have to face the music that sprouts from the seed within us all.  Finding the music within you is what this life is all about.  Don't pay attention to the garbage that everyone tells you,.  That you must be this or must be that.  You already know inside who you were meant to be.  You only have to nurture that seed within you to let it come out.  Be careful what kind of water you use, and what kind of food you feed it.  If you are not loving with the seed and mindful of it's growth, it will never become who you were meant to be.  You can't watch a seed grow, because it wont' grow faster.  And you can't make it grow, because the seed matures in it's own divine way.  What you can do is make a commitment to yourself to do those things you said you always wanted to do but never could.  Where is that passion inside you and how do you want to direct it?   That's the question you have to ask yourself.  Not what should I do, but where should I go?  The doing will come to you, but the thought about where you want to go will set the seed that's planted within you into motion in the universe.  From there all things will begin to come to your seed to nurture it.  You only have to be ready to receive that nurturing.

You must remember we are all seeds from our universe and the universal consciousness.  She is our mother.  She wants your seed to grow and delights in it's growth.  As people, we can wonder at our seeds and see the miracle of the beauty that with everything there is divine purpose.

You truly touch my heart with all you do.  I wish the best for all the seeds in the universe.  May your seed sprout wings and your heart bring joy to all those around you.  Thank you for your time, your energy and your prayers.  In time you will all know what it is to sprout wings.  Forever yours, Michael"

On Healing the Kids

Rabbi Shmuley and Michael
I mentioned in a previous post I attended a Heal the Kids event back in 2001 presented by Michael and Rabbi Shmuley.  That organization went defunct because the funds were misappropriated.   To add to that, I'm not exactly sure where Heal the Children's organization stands right now, but I do know it is now being controlled by the estate.  I am currently unaware of any charitable donations made on behalf of the estate or charitable activities.   I have read, however, that the estate will not be giving any funds to any organizations started by Michael Jackson fans.

With that said, I am aware of a few organizations that have been started by fans.   Maybe if you know of an organization started as the direct result of Michael Jackson you can or have them list it on the Return to Love page of this blog.  Any attention that the organization can get, the better off it is for solidifying funding.  Maybe there are even ways that can be creative for fans to actively participate instead of contributing monetarily.  Volunteering time and love can be just as crucial.

Michael himself sat at the bedside of many children in orphanages all over the world, holding their hand.  This is only one way that you too can help heal the children.  I know it sounds simple, but there is evidence that humans need human touch to thrive.  A supporting hand, a gentle caress, can mean a world of difference to some little boy or girl who feels that they have been abandon and no one cares.

As I've said before,80-95% of people in this world did not receive the love, guidance and other nurturing necessary to form consistently healthy relationships and to feel good about themselves and what they do.  Symptoms of this are not evident to even ourselves.  We don't have a broken leg or a cut to prove we have this damage, we hold it within.

At some level, most of us will realize there has to be something more to life.  Our daily living does not currently permit for growth in the way we were intended to grow.  Society has placed in our path that which society feels should be our goals, not the goal of who we were meant to be in our most original God centered divinity.

If it seems you are continuously trapped by feeling anxious, depressed or lonely, this in itself is  evidence that you continue to be trapped by your past.  You most likely, however, are only vaguely aware that the present day difficulties are substantially related to your childhood history - or perhaps even past lifetimes.  My spirit guide, St Germain, leading the revolution in the new consciousness, calls these patterns of repetition, our earthly rut.  This rut will continue to be passed to our children, should we ourselves not decide to break the pattern.

This is what Michael was speaking about at the Heal the Kids conference:

" . . .Who among us would have believed that the sound of children at their playground would be replaced by the sound of automatic machine gun fire at our schools. That the sound of little girls skipping rope would be overshadowed by the frantic squeals of children dodging bullets. Yet instead of loving our children more we've installed metal detectors in our schools.

Are we blind to the fact that our children are raging against the indifference; crying out against the abandonment; of thundering against the neglect.

Heal The Kids is about doing something, about making a difference and trying to help adults and parents realize that its in our power to change the world that our children live in.

As a wise man once said, 'If not us, then who; if not now, then when?"

There is that word again: Love.  What exactly does love mean and do we as a society place enough priority upon it to give it merit in our world?  Currently, I have to answer that with a resounding "no".  Yet it is the very fabric we are comprised of, the very thing that created our existence to begin with.  Someone once said  "It is better to live as if God exists and not believe in Him, than it is to believe in Him and live as though he is not."  The point is to love we must nurture and to nurture our children, we must also nurture ourselves.

Rabbi Schmuley once said that Michael thought he could help Hitler.  This is why:  In countries of war, where children are not only abandoned but assaulted on a daily basis we still wonder why they may grow to be an angry dictator or rebel leader.  This is what Michael meant we he thought he could help Hitler.  Perhaps he could find out his story and lead him down a brighter path.  This is love in action, more commonly known as compassion.

This link will take you to a beautiful video about what we may sometimes experience with not so nice people.  They too have a story and if we make room for compassion in our hearts, we just might be able to make a difference for them and our world.

Realizing Your Yoga

mj's yoga lesson!! - michael-jackson-funny-moments photoIf you want peace upon earth first establish peace in your heart. If you want union in the world, first unify the different parts of your own being. Change yourself and the circumstances will change.
                                                             - The Mother

Yoga teaches philosophies based upon the principals of nature.  Even the poses are named after things we find in our natural world.  Tree pose, frog, and scorpion.  Everything in our world mimics nature.  It's been said that a study of nature can bring man his greatest wisdom.

I used to teach my yoga students that we are all like our own little planets.  We have 4 bodies, just like the earth.  Our water is our emotions, our bodies are the land, our mind is the air, and our fire is our spirit.  If we think of ourselves this way, we can come to know what we need to do for ourselves to heal our own little planets.  When we do, we effect the other planets orbiting around us, and on a larger scale, the whole.

Yoga means yoke or union.  This is the union that the mother is talking about in the above quote.   Before this union can occur, however, our old patterns must be broken down.  The old beliefs that we hold about ourselves need to be shed.

Most of us lead our daily lives with the belief that we are our thoughts.  That what we think is the real us.  The truth is, is that those thoughts are actually just the ego.  It's the outer casing the envelopes the inner self of who you truly are.  By knowing and recognizing this we can take a back seat to our thoughts and begin to recognize our patterns with unattached observation.

There is a quote in the bible from Matthew that talks about children.   "I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven"

I don't think I need to tell you that Michael himself was like a child.  Everything he looked at he viewed as if it was magical.  He viewed it with curiosity and wonder.  Looking at things this way allows you to detach from any preconceived ideas about what it is you are looking at.

Yoga is not just stretching as most people believe.  When you are doing yoga there are multiple things happening.  First, you are concentrating on your breath.  For each movement your body makes, your breath coincides.  Your are joining breath with movement.  But there is more that is happening on a deeper level.  Your body is moving in ways it's not used to.  By the movements it makes you are allowing your "earth" or your body to stretch.  If you visualize a rubber band stretching, what happens as the band gets longer?  The actual molecules or atoms that it is comprised of move way from each other, creating space.  As your body does this same thing, the space that is created allows any stored emotional and mental tensions to rise to the surface to be released.

Being present in the pose you observe.  You don't judge how far your body goes in relation to the person next to you, you only observe how your body is reacting to the pose.  You are also observing your mind.  Where your thoughts are and what they are thinking.  By observing your thoughts like a child, with wonder and curiosity, it becomes easy to laugh at them.  You realize that when you think "I can't do this" you no longer can.  When you think "this is easy" you suddenly soar.

We all have yoga already built into us.  Our thoughts already affect the rest of us - our bodies, our breathing, everything.  It's just the realization of that yoga that can truly change what you create for yourself.

Michael Jackson Turns To Yoga To Calm Nerves

In Touch magazine reports that  has recently started doing yoga to calm his nerves while on trial for child molestation. “Michael’s really nervous,” an insider revealed. “All he can think about is his trial and the possibility of jail.” The source added, “He’s becoming quite good at it and is learning how to relax a little.”

The Union of All Things

- Divine Union -
“To breath through its nostrils the breath of life and man became a living soul. That breath of life to me is the music of my life and it permeates through every Earth creation. and my goal in life is to give to the Earth what I’m lucky to recieve, The extacy of divine union through my music, and my dance. It’s my purpose, It’s what I’m here for.” Michael JacksonSri Aurobindo, the twin soul avatar of India, wrote some very insightful concepts about coming into union with our divine self.  He writes:

"When Man moves his attention away from the sense inputs of the surface, and discovers his inner being – down to the depths of Soul within – he begins a vast ascent in consciousness.

In the depths, he begins to move out of his ego and become more connected with, sensitive to, and unified with the world around him, including others. He loses that sense of division and duality in life. "

 There is only one Wholeness
 Only one Mind
 We are like ripples
In the vast Ocean of Consciousness
 Come, let us dance
 The Dance of Creation
 Let us celebrate
 The Joy of Life

 You are much more
 Than you ever imagined
You are the Sun You are the Moon
You are the wildflower in bloom
 You are the Life-throb
 That pulsates, dances
 From a speck of dust
 To the most distant star
 And you and I
 Were never separate

 Let us celebrate
 The Joy of Life
 Let us dance
 The Dance of Creation

 We create
 Again and again
 Endless cycles come and go
We rejoice the infinitude of Time
 There never was a time
 I was not
 Or you were not
There never will be a time
When we will cease to be Infinite

We are like ripples In the Sea of Bliss
You and I were never separate
 It's just an illusion
Wrought by the magical lens of Perception

Create Your HiStory

If you've ever heard it said that we are our worst enemies, then you'll realize we have patterns within us that need to be healed.  This is the man in the mirror we must face before we can truly start healing the world.

Michael Jackson wrote many songs to try and encourage us to lift ourselves out of bad situations and see the best in ourselves.  We are more than we can imagine, but to realize this we have to take steps to get there.

I saw this today and thought it would be nice to share.  It's the 30 things we need to stop doing to ourselves to help us enter into healthier patterns of being.

As Maria Robinson once said, “Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.”  Nothing could be closer to the truth.  But before you can begin this process of transformation you have to stop doing the things that have been holding you back.
Here are some ideas to get you started:
  1. Stop spending time with the wrong people. – Life is too short to spend time with people who suck the happiness out of you.  If someone wants you in their life, they’ll make room for you.  You shouldn’t have to fight for a spot.  Never, ever insist yourself to someone who continuously overlooks your worth.  And remember, it’s not the people that stand by your side when you’re at your best, but the ones who stand beside you when you’re at your worst that are your true friends.
  2. Stop running from your problems. – Face them head on.  No, it won’t be easy.  There is no person in the world capable of flawlessly handling every punch thrown at them.  We aren’t supposed to be able to instantly solve problems.  That’s not how we’re made.  In fact, we’re made to get upset, sad, hurt, stumble and fall.  Because that’s the whole purpose of living – to face problems, learn, adapt, and solve them over the course of time.  This is what ultimately molds us into the person we become.
  3. Stop lying to yourself. – You can lie to anyone else in the world, but you can’t lie to yourself.  Our lives improve only when we take chances, and the first and most difficult chance we can take is to be honest with ourselves.  Read The Road Less Traveled.
  4. Stop putting your own needs on the back burner. – The most painful thing is losing yourself in the process of loving someone too much, and forgetting that you are special too.  Yes, help others; but help yourself too.  If there was ever a moment to follow your passion and do something that matters to you, that moment is now.
  5. Stop trying to be someone you’re not. – One of the greatest challenges in life is being yourself in a world that’s trying to make you likeeveryone else.  Someone will always be prettier, someone will always be smarter, someone will always be younger, but they will never be you.  Don’t change so people will like you.  Be yourself and the right people will love the real you.
  6. Stop trying to hold onto the past. – You can’t start the next chapter of your life if you keep re-reading your last one.
  7. Stop being scared to make a mistake. – Doing something and getting it wrong is at least ten times more productive than doing nothing.  Every success has a trail of failures behind it, and every failure is leading towards success.  You end up regretting the things you did NOT do far more than the things you did.
  8. Stop berating yourself for old mistakes. – We may love the wrong person and cry about the wrong things, but no matter how things go wrong, one thing is for sure, mistakes help us find the person and things that are right for us.  We all make mistakes, have struggles, and even regret things in our past.  But you are not your mistakes, you are not your struggles, and you are here NOW with the power to shape your day and your future.  Every single thing that has ever happened in your life is preparing you for a moment that is yet to come.
  9. Stop trying to buy happiness. – Many of the things we desire are expensive.  But the truth is, the things that really satisfy us are totally free – love, laughter and working on our passions.
  10. Stop exclusively looking to others for happiness. – If you’re not happy with who you are on the inside, you won’t be happy in a long-term relationship with anyone else either.  You have to create stability in your own life first before you can share it with someone else.  Read Stumbling on Happiness.
  11. Stop being idle. – Don’t think too much or you’ll create a problem that wasn’t even there in the first place.  Evaluate situations and take decisive action.  You cannot change what you refuse to confront.  Making progress involves risk.  Period!  You can’t make it to second base with your foot on first.
  12. Stop thinking you’re not ready. – Nobody ever feels 100% ready when an opportunity arises.  Because most great opportunities in life force us to grow beyond our comfort zones, which means we won’t feel totally comfortable at first.
  13. Stop getting involved in relationships for the wrong reasons. – Relationships must be chosen wisely.  It’s better to be alone than to be in bad company.  There’s no need to rush.  If something is meant to be, it will happen – in the right time, with the right person, and for the best reason. Fall in love when you’re ready, not when you’re lonely.
  14. Stop rejecting new relationships just because old ones didn’t work. – In life you’ll realize that there is a purpose for everyone you meet.  Some will test you, some will use you and some will teach you.  But most importantly, some will bring out the best in you.
  15. Stop trying to compete against everyone else. – Don’t worry about what others are doing better than you.  Concentrate on beating your own records every day.  Success is a battle between YOU and YOURSELF only.
  16. Stop being jealous of others. – Jealousy is the art of counting someone else’s blessings instead of your own.  Ask yourself this:  “What’s something I have that everyone wants?”
  17. Stop complaining and feeling sorry for yourself. – Life’s curveballs are thrown for a reason – to shift your path in a direction that is meant for you.  You may not see or understand everything the moment it happens, and it may be tough.  But reflect back on those negative curveballs thrown at you in the past.  You’ll often see that eventually they led you to a better place, person, state of mind, or situation.  So smile!  Let everyone know that today you are a lot stronger than you were yesterday, and you will be.
  18. Stop holding grudges. – Don’t live your life with hate in your heart.  You will end up hurting yourself more than the people you hate.  Forgiveness is not saying, “What you did to me is okay.”  It is saying, “I’m not going to let what you did to me ruin my happiness forever.”  Forgiveness is the answer… let go, find peace, liberate yourself!  And remember, forgiveness is not just for other people, it’s for you too.  If you must, forgive yourself, move on and try to do better next time.
  19. Stop letting others bring you down to their level. – Refuse to lower your standards to accommodate those who refuse to raise theirs.
  20. Stop wasting time explaining yourself to others. – Your friends don’t need it and your enemies won’t believe it anyway.  Just do what you know in your heart is right.
  21. Stop doing the same things over and over without taking a break. – The time to take a deep breath is when you don’t have time for it.  If you keep doing what you’re doing, you’ll keep getting what you’re getting.  Sometimes you need to distance yourself to see things clearly.
  22. Stop overlooking the beauty of small moments. – Enjoy the little things, because one day you may look back and discover they were the big things.  The best portion of your life will be the small, nameless moments you spend smiling with someone who matters to you.
  23. Stop trying to make things perfect. – The real world doesn’t reward perfectionists, it rewards people who get things done.  Read Getting Things Done.
  24. Stop following the path of least resistance. – Life is not easy, especially when you plan on achieving something worthwhile.  Don’t take the easy way out.  Do something extraordinary.
  25. Stop acting like everything is fine if it isn’t. – It’s okay to fall apart for a little while.  You don’t always have to pretend to be strong, and there is no need to constantly prove that everything is going well.  You shouldn’t be concerned with what other people are thinking either – cry if you need to – it’s healthy to shed your tears.  The sooner you do, the sooner you will be able to smile again.
  26. Stop blaming others for your troubles. – The extent to which you can achieve your dreams depends on the extent to which you take responsibility for your life.  When you blame others for what you’re going through, you deny responsibility – you give others power over that part of your life.
  27. Stop trying to be everything to everyone. – Doing so is impossible, and trying will only burn you out.  But making one person smile CAN change the world.  Maybe not the whole world, but their world.  So narrow your focus.
  28. Stop worrying so much. – Worry will not strip tomorrow of its burdens, it will strip today of its joy.  One way to check if something is worth mulling over is to ask yourself this question: “Will this matter in one year’s time?  Three years?  Five years?”  If not, then it’s not worth worrying about.
  29. Stop focusing on what you don’t want to happen. – Focus on what you do want to happen.  Positive thinking is at the forefront of every great success story.  If you awake every morning with the thought that something wonderful will happen in your life today, and you pay close attention, you’ll often find that you’re right.
  30. Stop being ungrateful. – No matter how good or bad you have it, wake up each day thankful for your life.  Someone somewhere else is desperately fighting for theirs.  Instead of thinking about what you’re missing, try thinking about what you have that everyone else is missing.

L.O.V.E.

L.O.V.E.

Love is a funny thing to describe. It's so easy to feel and yet so slippery to talk about. It's like a bar of soap in the bathtub, you have it in your hand until you hold on too tight.
Some people spend their lives looking for love outside themselves. They think they have to grasp it in order to have it. But loves slips away like that wet bar of soap.
Holding on to love is not wrong, but you need to learn to hold it lightly, caressingly. Let it fly when it wants. When it's allowed to be free, love is what makes life alive, joyful, and new. It's the juice and energy that motivates my music, my dancing, everything. As long as love is in my heart, it's everywhere.

There are those who have reached God directly

"Consciousness expresses itself through creation. This world we live in is the dance of the creator. Dancers come and go in the twinkling of an eye but the dance lives on. On many an occasion when I’m dancing, I’ve felt touched by something sacred. In those moments, I’ve felt my spirit soar and become one with everything that exists. I become the stars and the moon. I become the lover and the beloved. I become the victor and the vanquished. I become the master "and the slave. I become the singer and the song. I become the knower and the known. I keep on dancing and then, it is the eternal dance of creation. The creator and creation merge into one wholeness of joy." - Michael Jackson

"There are those who have reached God directly, retaining no trace of worldly limits and remembering their own Identity perfectly. These might be called the Teachers of teachers because, although they are no longer visible, their image can yet be called upon.  And they will appear when and where it is helpful for them to do so. "   - A Course In Miracles

I came across this by "accident" and I put that in quotes because I believe there are no accidents.  Some people have written that they find it difficult to believe that Michael would help them.  I don't find it difficult at all.   So I'm sharing another story I "bumped" into by someone who knew Michael taken from another blog called "Reflections on the Dance"

"Below is an entry that showed up late last night on the website guestbook entry.  I read this and started to cry.  It's a beautiful testament not only to Michael, his strong faith in Jesus Christ, and what kind of person he truly was, by another person who had the blessing of knowing him for 2 years, but it is also one of many, many confirmations I continue to receive about the validity of what is on the website and how accurately it portrays what kind of person Michael was.  I take no credit for that, but thank my Heavenly Father, because this is all God's doing.  He brought me the right people and the right information because, as all of you know, I never had the blessing to know Michael personally.  Praise God for continuing to validate what kind of man Michael was.  The truth is getting out there!  God will vindicate His child...the truth cannot be hidden.

I first of all I would like show my appreciation for the time and effort put forth in compiling this website. The world has been exposed to many images of Michael often being harsh and unfair. I personally have had a chance to know Michael over a two year period and I have seen an image of an individual that I wish more people had known. Most have a defined view of such an iconic figure as his media image can't be escaped. When I met him I was facing serious life challenges and transitions, way insecure. It truely was not a time I felt confident to meet such a notable public figure. In my personal struggle I found a graceous, compassionate, and honoring man. He is a gentle person that loves people. He loves to laugh and his joy, his big huge smile can light up a room. My moments with him over this period of time are filled with life as he belived in living life to its fullest. He forever has touched my heart in deep ways that have impacted my life. The expressions of Michael throughout this site are consistent to the man I knew. His faith is true and he was a humble expression of Christ's love. As he walks in heaven this day his life can give testiment to many things, but i know he'd like most of all to underscore his faith in Jesus Christ. It opens ones eyes to see the impact we have on others, to truely make a difference this is the greatest part of his legacy. He would encorage everyone to reach out and make a difference to make the most of the short years God graceously grants. The world is a bit sadder without his presence but his life still speaks.~

Amen Jb and God Bless You for sharing this."

What do Michael Jackson and Kid Rock have in common?

There are some rules that David Simon, the late partner of Deepak Chopra used to speak about.  The first was before you speak ask yourself  "Is it true?".  The second, ask yourself "Is it necessary?", and the third, ask yourself "Is it kind?".

This morning I was listening to the radio and heard a story about another musician called Kid Rock.  He lives in Detroit, Michigan, here in the United States and I've heard for a number of years now about the impact that he's had on the city through low mumbles among the people in the community.  I had several ideas about what to post today.  At first I thought maybe I should write about David Simon, or Michael Jackson's past lives, since at first glance the post Kid Rock made had some fairly strong language in it.  Then I had to ask myself the three questions that David used to ask.  After, I had to ask myself what benefit will I be serving?  After a careful review, I decided to post a link to Kid Rock's story.  He sells t shirts in Detroit, Michigan USA, gives most of the profits to charity and invests in rebuilding business in Detroit.

Recently, one of the newspapers posted a story that the t shirts he used in the Made in Detroit line weren't actually made in Detroit but shipped from overseas.  That the designs were stamped in Detroit, but the t shirts were imported.  I had a clothing line myself and know almost ALL clothing for imprinting comes from overseas.

So what does this have to do with the blog?  Kid Rock, like Michael Jackson just had a very slanted article printed about him in the news.  There are literally thousands of people that will most likely read the article.  And, like most people will believe what they read because they have no other reason to believe differently.  Michael's entire life was distorted very badly this same way.  People began to believe he was much different than he actually was all because of the media's distortions and lies.  This is public abuse and bullying on a grand scale.  Media and press personnel must be held responsible for truthful reporting.  Not because I just don't think it's a nice thing -  I mean really, when you think about it they are acting like the high school gossip girls;  But, as a society we should expect and deserve to know the truth; we should demand it.  It is our right to know and how else would anyone know any different.

This type of reporting, these types of slander are exactly what caused the French Revolution.  That's how serious it is.  If you look back, you'll realize it was select group of individuals that began rumors about Marie Antoinette, that she purchased a diamond necklace while her country starved.  This single event, inspired an entire country to revolt, resulting in the French Revolution.  All based on one lie.

Now, I don't think the US is going to start a war because of Kid Rock's t shirts, but I do I think he did the RIGHT thing in speaking out against this type of behavior.  I'm posting it so you can know the impact our words have and so you too can speak out against the lies and injustices of society.
