These energies can be like toxins and as much as you try to find peace in your mind they remain stored as a part of you. Coming into a fulfilled sense of union with yourself requires more than just meditation then. It requires a sincere desire and honest look at ourselves as well as physical movement to engage the stored energy patterns that are trapped in the body. Our inner yoga is meditation and contemplation. While our outer yoga should be something physical. Maybe for you it is yoga itself or maybe it is the expression of dance. What ever you choose to help you acquire your peace make sure you don't limit your beliefs on what it can do.
