"We have told you in the past about the efforts of Michael Jackson Legacy, a group who are working hard to keep Michael’s legacy alive. They have bought a plot of land and are now raising money by various means to actually build a home for the poorest children in Liberia, Africa. They are planning a sponsored walk in London, to raise more money for building materials. Here are the details;
Walk London for Liberia on Saturday, 9th June, 2012
On Saturday 9th June at 11.00a.m., fans from across the UK will gather in London and walk seven miles for Michael, in order to raise funds for ‘Everland.’ The scenic route will take dedicated fans through some of the main attractions of this historic city, including Marble Arch, Buckingham Palace, Westminster, Big Ben, and Trafalgar Square. Information on each of the major landmarks will be provided in a dedicated booklet, including some of Michael’s own experiences of London.
