Asking the Questions Supporting Material-Updates still in process

The meeting at Colony Capital with Dr Tohme and Randy Phillips is presented in the testimony of Randy Phillips below.

Note the following pertinent evidence the court did not wish to be divulged:

  1. Objection to "Have you met Dr. Tohme before?"  "Did you see Dr Tohme before?" Objection
  2. "Did you come to know the security guards?" Objection
  3. The reason he wanted to do the shows - To settle down and get a home for his kids

Proof that Frank DiLeo was being paid as of July, 2009 by AEG Live (negating previous video of Frank saying to date (as of 9/2009) he hadn't been paid.  As you can see on this email chain, Frank took payment at Michael's memorial in July, 2009.  Frank was never hired as Michael's manager by Michael

The time as stated by Randy Phillips of AEG Live that he heard about Michael "having trouble breathing". 10:30 a.m.

Note:  Paramedics were not called until 12:22 that day and Randy, if he didn't already know about Michael's condition, shouldn't have known anything about Michael's condition.  At that time no one did.  Matter of fact according to his testimony, he knew nothing until after he arrived at the hospital.

The testimony relating to the day of Michael's death begins at point 1:00:00 (The call from "Frank DiLeo")

Note: Randy Phillips was present at rehearsals on 6/24, the day of Michael's death, and recently I've found Tohme Tohme was also present at rehearsals that day (stated by Michael's make up artist Karen Faye)

The time discrepancies between Frank DiLeo and Randy Phillips are made clearer below, as well as footage of Randy Phillips arriving at UCLA Hospital WITH Tohme Tohme.

I'll also note here that there is an assistant mentioned in the video.  One I had been looking for: (http://michaeljacksontwinsoul.blogspot.com/2013/10/on-michaels-death-ugly-truth.html)  Michael mentioned an assistant named "Chris" back in 2011.  I just looked and there was an intern named Christopher Meeds working for AEG at the time of Michael's death

The summary of Prince Jackson's testimony as reported by CNN is on the video below.  Some pertinent points from the trial transcripts reveal more information following the video.

  • Prince saw MJ on the phone. Most of the times, it was with Randy Phillips or Dr. Tohme.
  •  He’d get off the phone, he would cry sometimes, Prince said. “They are gonna kill me, they are gonna kill me,” Prince said MJ would say
  • He (MJ) would say they are gonna kill me, they are gonna kill me”, Prince testified, referring mostly to AEG and Randy Phillips, and Tohme
  • My dad didn’t fight, he was like my grandma, too kind to fight, that’s why he called my grandpa, Prince said.
  • When at the Bel Air Hotel, my dad tried to fire Dr. Tohme. He got in a fight on the phone, yelled
  • Prince: We applauded him, we didn’t like being around him (Dr. Tohme), he brought bad energy to us.
  • Panish: Did your dad write notes?
  • Prince: All the times, on mirrors, bathroom doors. Sometimes it was song lyrics or messages he got down from religious or spiritual leaders
  • Phillips would come either with Dr. Tohme or some other man to his house, Prince said.
  • I saw him talk twice to Dr. Murray, Prince testified. “He was grabbing his elbow and looked aggressive to me.”
  • He (Phillips) was grabbing him (Dr. Murray) by the back of the elbow, they were really close, Prince recalled.
  • Panish: Did it surprise you?
  • Prince: Yes
  • Prince said MJ was in rehearsals either the night before or 2 nights before he died, Phillips showed up at the house to talk to Dr. Murray.
  • I came in and asked if they’d like something to drink or eat, Prince said. “Randy Phillips was talking to Dr. Murray, grabbing his elbow.”
  • As to Dr. Tohme, Prince said: From what I heard he’s not even a real doctor.
  • I was surprised they were all in the house, Prince said. “I hadn’t seen Dr. Tohme in a while, I still didn’t like him.”
  • A few weeks later, Prince said MJ was working a lot and looked really, really skinny, almost malnourished.
  • Prince: Sometimes he would be really cold. Sometimes really hot. He was not strong enough.
  • Prince said he saw MJ last the day before he died. Last phone conversation was when he called his dad to say Randy Phillips was at the house
  • The day MJ died, Prince recalled being downstairs in the sitting room. He heard screaming coming from upstairs.
  • I ran into the kitchen, saw Dr. Murray go back upstairs, Alberto just came inside, Kai said Dr Murray wanted me upstairs, Prince described
  • I saw Dr. Conrad doing CPR on my dad, Prince testified. “My dad was hanging halfway off the bed and his eyes were rolled back in his head”
  • Me and my sister came upstairs, Prince said. “My sister was screaming the whole time, she wanted her daddy.” Kids were escorted downstairs
  • I was waiting in the bottom of the stairs crying, Prince said. He saw the stretcher take MJ to the hospital. They followed the ambulance.
  • My dad always told us that angels always look out for us, Prince said. He tried to comfort his siblings.
  • Prince said Frank DiLeo and Dr. Murray told them ‘sorry kids, dad is dead.’ They said it was a heart attack
  • I just cried, Prince recalled
  • Prince said security would let AEG people and Dr. Tohme in, but “people like my grandpa were turned away.

additional insured that was no longer authorized to
represent Michael at the announcement of Michael's death.

Steven Cooley, the DA that hid the insurance evidence announcing Conrad Murray's conviction

AEG Live email stating Dr. Murray was taking orders from them, not Michael Jackson
AEG Live's DEATH insurance policy naming Tohme Tohme as additional insured.  This policy was endorsed 3 days prior to Michael Jackson's death.  It was this same policy that was withheld from the Conrad Murray trial by Steven Cooley, DA  The same policy Lloyds of London was suing AEG for.  The same policy AEG DROPPED the suit for AFTER emails and photos came out in the Katherine Jackson vs AEG Trial surfaced.  The same policy that the Estate of Michael Jackson settled with Lloyds Insurance with ...PRIVATELY.

Another email stating that fans were not allowed any more to speak to Michael or even send him a note.
Security guards Michael Amir, Alberto and Faheem were restricting access to him.  Michael stated he could not perform 50 shows:

Evidence security was being controlled by AEG Live.  Page nine indicates AEG Live was paying senior security team member and Michael's assistant, Michael Amir Williams:

You'll also find later it was this same guard that tried suing AEG Live.  Claiming they were responsible for Michael's death:

Conrad Murray's statement to LAPD on June 27, 2009 stating he was wide awake at 4:30 in the morning, he'd have to cancel his trip, and that he specifically asked for an autopsy as well as the fact that he would always recap the syringes he used with Michael.  This would lead anyone to question why syringes were found on the floor of the crime scene and also, if Murray was guilty of giving too much propofol, why would he ask for an autopsy?  The full transcript is here

Elissa Fleak's testimony below describes the items she found.  Syringes and needles.  One of which was a needle on the floor.  If Conrad Murray "cleaned up" as security Alvarez stated, these items should not have been left in plain sight.  Conrad Murray stated he always would "recap" the items he used and place them in his bag.

CONRAD MURRAY TRIAL: MICHAEL JACKSON BODYGUARD TOLD TO HIDE VIALS
Further testimony by Fleak eludes to the "bottle in the bag".  It was NOT photographed at the scene as later discoveries also revealed that the security guards picture drawn for LAPD after Michael's death did not include a bottle of propofol inside an IV bag, but later when questioned by the DA, suddenly there was a bottle inside the bag.

During the testimony below at point 7:38 you'll see the drawing of the IV bag with no propofol bottle in it. If Later DA brings a bag up to Alvarez with a bottle in it.  Two completely different pictures.

At point 7:00 a propofol bottle is placed inside an IV bag at court.  No evidence, photos or prior testimony asserts this.  Only this testimony which does not match the previous testimony of Alvarez and does not match his own drawing:

Moving the evidence and evidence never collected.  The home was left open and items were moved and contaminated after the 25th of June, Michael's death date.  Keep in mind, security was fired and did not allow Dr. Murray to return to the home.  Tohme Tohme had fired everyone.  You'll find it was also Tohme Tohme who secured that home for Michael.  I guess that means he would have had access.  The home rent was being paid for by AEG Live, that would be $100,000 per month.

Here is what's been going on in Dr. Murray's world.  They have been seeking testing of the items not properly handled in the trial of Dr Murray.  http://www.billboard.com/articles/news/952460/michael-jackson-lawyers-seeking-syringes-iv-bag-for-testing

Objections starting at point 7:03 as defense attorney starts asking the IMPORTANT questions regarding the contract.  This could have opened up a can of worms.  For someone to murder someone else is always a motive.

Objections at 1:20 here regarding the press conference which Michael was late for.  Chernoff even asks if Michael agreed to additional shows, which Phillips gives a rounding answer to.

It was reported that Michael was drunk and despondent.  When in actuality Michael locked himself in his room.

"The Newshound can exclusively reveal that Jackson had barricaded himself in his hotel room and spent several hours refusing to attend the press conference. Minders were forced to stand in the hotel corridor and plead with him through the door to his room. By the time he was persuaded to leave, he was already significantly late for the announcement. Meanwhile, at the O2, PR staff were becoming concerned and irritable.

Once at the O2 Jackson remained reluctant to take the stage. After Dermot O'Leary introduced the star, it was several minutes before he eventually stepped through the curtains. Footage of the press conference on the star's official website was later edited to give the impression that he had sauntered immediately onstage.

When Jackson did take the stage he abandoned his teleprompter and gave a disjointed speech. Rather than the upbeat concert announcement fans had expected, they were instead subjected to a rambling retirement announcement in which Jackson sounded audibly irritated by the fact that he was to perform again, sternly informing the audience, "This is the final curtain call, OK?"
Caitlin Moran later wrote of the event, "He seems borderline tetchy about being here at all... It sounds like a weary warning. I will not be performing for you now, is the subtext. I will give you nothing else... After announcing that the concerts will be in July, and that he loves us all so, Jackson is gone - giving four minutes to people who have been waiting five hours, and 12 years, and a lifetime."

After Jackson left the stage one young female follower was carried from the building, sobbing that Jackson had sounded angry with his fans.

Reports suggested that Jackson later returned to his hotel drunk andcomplaining loudly about the prospect of his live comeback. Since Jackson's announcement British tabloids have been awash with stories surrounding the upcoming concerts. These have included stories about four separate properties Jackson will supposedly live in (Rod Stewart's Essex mansion, a house on the Thames so he can travel to the concerts by boat, a castle built atop a network of haunted caves and a private house in suburban East London), stories about Jackson hiring David Copperfield to help orchestrate magic tricks, and suggestions that Jackson will enter the stage astride an elephant.

The Newshound can reveal that most, if not all of these stories, are false - but they are not the concoctions of tabloid reporters. The stories are in fact being systematically planted on an almost daily basis by concert promoters AEG Live, who have developed an obsession with keeping the concerts in the headlines.

The reason? Although the official line is that all of the concerts are sold out,the company is facing a ticketing crisis.

Just days after the concerts were announced, 'The Times' revealed that AEG Live had secretly given up to 1000 tickets per concert to commercialized touting company Viagogo. The tickets would be sold at inflated prices on the condition that both companies shared the profits.

At the time a spokesperson defended the move, saying, "To suggest that there won't be a premium market is unrealistic." Indeed. But isn't that why several blocks of seats at each concert were reserved for £800-a-ticket premium packages?

After reserving several blocks per show for official premium packages and donating up to a further 1000 tickets per show to Viagogo, almost 10% of all seats for the residency were being sold for hugely inflated prices. That is without taking into account the number of business-minded buyers who snaffled tickets in the official sales with the specific intention of re-selling them for several times their face value on Ebay.

Consequently, although the shows are officially billed as 'sold out', somewhere in the region of 50,000-100,000 tickets currently remain onsale in the form of VIP packages on Ticketmaster, overpriced tickets on Seatwave and Viagogo and countless tickets being touted on Ebay.

AEG now has a dilemma on its hands. The company has fallen victim to its own greed. Bosses accurately predicted that the shows would be immensely popular and would sell out, leaving a huge excess demand. What they over-estimated, however, was the number of people who could actually afford to pay hundreds of pounds for a concert ticket."

Tohme and Phillips were pushing him into more dates.  Michael was refusing.  I've posted evidence of his anger in the video following.  You'll see Tohme grabbing his arm as he enters and notice the tone Michael uses, explaining this is the last shows because .  .

The initial autopsy report was listed as natural/accident.  The second was listed as "Homicide - Acute Propofol Intoxication".  Acute means "severe"

The DA at the time of the Conrad Murray trial was Steven Cooley.  Here you'll see how "contributions" affected his decisions at the time:

Here are Mr. Cooley's "contributers" :

ANSCHUTZ ENTERTAINMENT GROUP $13,000

TIMOTHY LEIWEKE LOS ANGELES, CA PRES/CEO/AEG WORLDWIDE, INC. $1500 Contribution date: 2010-10-28 Report date: 2011-01-31

There was also a contribution made by Tohme Tohme to Mr Cooley's office.  (I'm still looking back for the link)

At point 10:30 in the video testimony below, the prosecutor makes sure he corrects the time Randy Phillips stated earlier for him, because the ambulance wasn't even called yet.

At point 13:48 more objections come when the RIGHT questions come.  If the concerts were cancelled, was insurance in plac and was AEG being sued.  At this time Lloyds of London the insurance company that wrote insurance for AEG Live was suing them.  In the document following, you'll see that that Steven Cooley, the DA, made sure this evidence was kept OUT of court, until Conrad Murray was convicted.

The insurance policy for AEG LIve endorsed 3 days before Michael's death naming additional insured
Tohme Tohme.  This is the same policy withheld from the Conrad Murray Trial by Steven Cooley, DA
