That's why sometimes it's good to get back to the fundamentals. Enjoying nature, other people, and places helps us "connect" back into ourselves and the world. Our minds are like finely tuned instruments. When we don't keep them in check and tune them in with the rest of the orchestra our whole world gets out of wack. We need to keep coming back to tune it. Listening within for our own vibration of energy that connects with the whole.
In an orchestra many directors will have their musicians tune their instruments just before a performance. Sometimes they need to tweak them here or there to make them sound in harmony. The same goes for us. Sometimes we need to tweak ourselves in order to come into our inner harmony.
So as the weekend approaches perhaps it might be nice to get out of doors or slip into some quiet time to adjust your instrument. Remembering that all of us when in tune with each other produce the most beautiful sound in the world - harmony.
