The Murder of Michael Jackson - DA Deals and Frank DiLeo Lies

Let's focus on another one of the men in the flurry of deceit surrounding Michael's murder:  Frank DiLeo.  I'll let the evidence speak for itself.  A true "friend" might tell the truth; that would mean being "consistent" in giving answers to the same questions.

An interview of Frank DiLeo done by Raffles van Exel was posted to YouTube on November 4, 2009.  During the interview Frank makes many interesting statements:

• When asked if Michael was thin and in bad health, he said "He wanted to be a little slimmer.  I think he was in better health. . . I think that's false."  Yet during the Conrad Murray trial, later in 2011, evidence that Frank himself phoned Conrad Murray surfaced.  The phone call made on June 20, five days before Michael's death stated:  “Dr. Murray, it’s Frank DiLeo. I’m Michael’s manager. I’m the short guy with no hair. He had an episode last night. He’s sick. I think you need to get a blood test on him. You’ve got to see what he’s doing."
• He also stated:  "At the last minute Paul Gongaware got cameras" referring to the fact that there were only 2 cameras brought to film rehearsals, however, at last minute . . Paul decided to bring in more.  "Thank god they did", he said...because that's how they made the movie, after "someone said it might be a good idea"  Well that happened REALLY fast, because as we know copyright for the movie was filed mere DAYS after Michael died.
• He stated that he, Michael and Randy Phillips of AEG met in March.  That's when he was put on as Michaels manager again.  Yet again, emails discovered during the AEG vs Jackson trial show evidence to the contrary.  In a June 2, 2009 email from Randy Phillips of AEG Randy states:  ".... Getting MJ to focus is not the easiest thing in the world and we still have no lawyer, no business manager, or, even, a real manager in place. It is a nightmare!” he wrote. 
• He also stated in this interview that he was not paid by AEG.  That he would have been, but hasn't yet been paid - this was as of 11/05/2009.  Yet again, we find emails during the trial with AEG that state otherwise.  VP and Controller Julie Hollnader wrote on 9/22/09 that Frank was paid at the Memorial and that payment (per diem) was for the period 6/29 (four days after Michaels death!) thru 7/26/2009.  Looks like he was paid well before the interview.
• My favorite, however, is Frank's testimony about his "lunch" and hearing about an ambulance at Michael's home.  It was 11:30, you know he had an "early lunch", and lunch had "just arrived" he said when he got a call that there was an ambulance at Michael's home. The ambulance didn't get to Michaels home until 12:26 (must have taken a while to get that lunch).  He then states he called Randy Phillips.  This is what Randy said during his Conrad Murray Trial testimony:  

Chernoff: MJ was ultimately responsible for the production costs up until June 22, 2009.

Phillips: Yes

Chernoff: Contractually he was responsible for tens of millions … (objection sustained)

Chernoff: AEG had cancellation insurance. (objection sustained) (another favorite..pity the objection was sustained!  Remember it was cancellation insurance that COULD NOT be instated any longer because of Michael's health.  But they COULD get LIFE INSURANCE . . .that might cover those costs Randy was so concerned about!)

On June 25, 2009, Phillips said he received a phone call from Frank Dileo about 10:30 am or 11:00 am that MJ was having trouble breathing (he must have been psychic!) and paramedics were at house. The first call he got was from Frank Dileo. It took Phillips about 15 minutes to get to the Carolwood house.

During cross-examination by Prosecutor Walgren, Phillips said he learned MJ was having problems in the morning. After Walgren recounted testimony that the 911 call was placed at 12:20 pm and paramedics left the house after 1:00 pm, Phillips said it could’ve been that time.

If I was an attorney or Elle Woods from the movie "Legally Blonde", I might have said this:

Sounds to me like that might be LEADING THE WITNESS

However, I do believe someone got promoted after that: That's right! The DA leading the witness! Surprise!!!

Sometimes all promotions need are a quick conviction...especially for big profile cases...just my opinion at this time.  However, if we see what Mr Chernoff had to say about the case, he states if he had this "MURDER" case . . well you can listen for yourself in his video below.

Just for your information, Mr Chernoff was Dr Conrad Murray's attorney during the trial.  Dr. Murray was the man convicted and charged with involuntary manslaughter, not murder.  The death certificate again states "HOMICIDE".  How HOMICIDE became INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER we have yet to see.  Maybe the other video below will help.  It was done in 2008 and reflects the DA operating at the time of the Conrad Murray trial.  With contributions from a few friends like AEG, it seems Mr Cooley doesn't prosecute for murder.  That might explain why LAPD is done with the physical evidence that would convict the real killer of Michael Jackson and why Conrad Murray still cannot get a trial to exonerate him.

Is there ANYONE out there willing to get the TRUTH out for justice for Michael?  It's OBVIOUS it never was or will be the State of California.  When it does come out will they all get demoted, have egg on their face, even address the fact that they purposely botched the trial?  Perhaps there is a reporter out there willing to get a TRUTHFUL story into the limelight.  Anyone, anyone?
