Astro News and Suicide Bomber Follow Up

As many of you may already know, Maria Shaw Lawson, the French Quarter Medium, made a special contribution to my book, Another Part of Me, An Extraordinary Tale of Twin Souls.  Maria has been very remarkable with her work for years. She is both an intuit, medium and an astrologer which make for a unique combination.  With her permission I sometimes post her Astro News when I feel it's relevant. Today is one of those times.

Yesterday's post revealed the face and name of a suicide bomber I had spoken about back in July.  Often times when things happen in the universe they line up in sequence.  You recognize signs and clues as they come.  This is one of those times.

This morning when I read Maria's piece I noticed the words "Startling news comes out of the blue".  This linked up with "suicide bomber" for me in some ways.  I feel it may be likely that if there is something that will happen with this woman, it may be on these days:  October 23-27.

-Eclipse season is here!

-Mercury retrograde nears

-Startling news comes out of the blue

Mercury retrograde starts October 4th. Traditionally they are challenging times but this one may not be as bad as others for some folks. It begins in Scorpio and then moves back into Libra so these folks will feel it the most but wherever you have the signs of Scorpio or Libra in your chart, will be most affected. Mercury retrogrades bring delays, problems with computers, cell phones, disrupted travel plans and more. It is not wise to start anything new on a retrograde. Wait until it has moved forward after October 24th but it is a good idea to do things with RE in them like refinances, reedit, reconnect, etc.

Since Libra rules relationships and mercury communication, you may her from a lot of people from your past, as they want to "reconnect" with you during this period. Former flames, old partnerships and relationships come into play during this particular retrograde. So it can be a good time for second chances in relationships and getting back together.

On October 16 and 17th Mercury will conjunct Venus and the Sun so these days would be perfect to renegotiate something or plan a reconciliation with someone. So this may actually be mercury retrograde that many of you will welcome!

There is a challenge however when Mercury comes very close to exactly opposing Uranus October 23-27. During this period where could be some startling news come to you. There's likely to be more accidents on the roads too and of course since Uranus rules technology, there will be computer challenges too.

Eclipses are coming!

On October 8th, we have a Lunar Eclipse at 6L52a.m. Eastern time in the sign of Aries. Lunar eclipses bring something to completion or provide an ending in our lives. It will be a hectic time for many. Relationships may end during this period or situations that you can already see or feel coming to a head. The eclipse energy has been around us for quite some time, since early September but now its will peak. So whatever messages the universe has been sending you this past month, they are becoming crystal clear now. There will be much going on in the media as well as our everyday lives.

We do have a lucky period during this chaotic time too. Mars trine Jupiter and the Moon will trine Mars and Jupiter and then Mars trine Uranus will all be beneficial and bring you opportunities out of the blue in some cases. There will be many opportunities for growth and expansion in whatever you are focusing on. Whatever challenges you may be having, these other aspects will help you through them For example, let's say you are ending a relationship but then find out you landed a great job with higher pay than your old one. Because this eclipse is during the mercury retrograde, you may have a second chance to do something really wonderful that perhaps failed or didn't manifest previously. Lets' hear it for second chances!

Your Spiritual Truth

Recognizing insight is one of the fundamental keys to navigating your life.  Aboriginals use their senses in all manners and fashions.  Where to find food, hunt, or be guided to a proper place to live.  Americans and other cultures that are more diverse have society as their guide.  We have lost our instincts in navigating life.  Our navigation systems have been replaced by media, television and the commercials and sit-coms we view.  They dictate what is the "right" way or "in" way things should be done or "who" it is we need to be like.

Take that all away and we are left with no one but ourselves.  A superimposed ego is just that, a superimposed ego.  Something you put on top of yourself to show the world.  Nothing underneath shines through and the real you is covered up.  Nothing authentic and nothing that tells  you you are worth something because you are unique.  It doesn't allow you to be you and you can't find you because you're too busy relying on everyone and everything else to tell you who you "should" be.

Following your heart means following the wisdom within you.  You first have to get all of the "should  be's" out of your life.  The "should do's" should follow.  Then, when you are left with only yourself you can ask yourself what is right for "me".  The real answers, your spiritual truth should follow.  This truth is yours and only yours.  This is the true you and the you no one else can tell you about, because it comes only from within you.  It's not the commercial on TV that says this is the way your life should look or the girl on the magazine that shows you what you should look like.  It is the way you feel about what you do, what you look like and what you want to achieve in the world.  Your spiritual truth is who you are in every way and in every fashion.  It is your signature, your branding, your style and stamp on the world.  If you were  meant to be like everyone else god would have made you that way.  He didn't.

Spiritual Gifts: Discernment and Interpretation

Isaiah 11:2-3 speaks of seven different spirits or gifts: 

“And the Spirit of the Lord will rest on him—the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord. 
He will delight in obeying the Lord. He will not judge by appearance nor make a decision based on hearsay (called discernment).”

Discernment is key in navigating your direction in life.  Sometimes we meet people who have ill intentions and we will need to "discern" whether or not we should listen to them.  Sometimes we will meet people who will want to alienate others by speaking badly about them and we will need to "discern" what it is we should believe.

Other times in the most quiet recesses of our minds there will be times when discernment should and must come into play as well.  As the consciousness is raising and many more people are experiencing more spiritual experiences, we'll have to be mindful on how we interpret them.  We will have to begin to "discern" our experience and what it means.

If you've ever had a spiritual experience or a dream for example, most likely you felt the experience held meaning.  A dream was trying to tell you something or the experience meant something.  Most often these things do mean "something".  Yet the "something" we think it means, is sometimes the "something" it doesn't mean.

Spiritual growth requires a great deal of patience with ourselves and a  lot of introspection.  Just as our perceptions of our outside world can be colored by our beliefs, so can our spiritual experiences.  If we believe in certain rules like only angels can speak to us, most likely when you have an experience of someone speaking to you you'll believe they are an angel.  Like life, we must step out of our super imposed boxes of belief to embrace the what could be scenario and apply discernment to our interpretation of the vision or event.

I've found over the years that after speaking with many spirits and doing psychic readings myself, that it's easy to color your interpretation by your beliefs.  Sometimes it's hard to read for someone you already have prior knowledge about.  If I was reading for someone I knew was already starting a business for example, it would be hard to get past that knowledge when something like a new job came up.  You have to trust your discernment to guide you to the correct outcome.

If I was inquiring about something for myself, I might color an answer based on what I "want" to believe instead of what is.  I might continue to live in denial of things because of it.  Reinforcing what I want to believe as my reality instead of what the reality actually is.  Many of us may do this with deaths, illnesses, or even our spouses fidelity.  We sometimes like to believe what makes it easier for us to deal with life.  Most often, that's the denial part.  That way we don't have to do anything about the "real" situation.

We must be bold and courageous enough to accept what we are given, whatever it means.  Even if it's something we don't want to hear.  If we choose to accept the truth about what we are given and the message, we'll come to know that this spiritual guidance can take us to roads we have never imagined.  It is in the trusting of the knowledge, the trusting of ourselves to discern, and correct interpretation that bring us the most wisdom in our lives.

Every day we discern.  We choose what way to drive to work, what to have for lunch, who to be friends with and even how to raise our children.  Spiritual discernment is no different.  Once acquired we can use our spiritual senses to guide us in our every day lives.  Interpreting what we receive in an honest way, will also help us gain insights to our lives, that in our normal conscious waking life, we rarely receive.  Our dreams and other symbols when correctly "interpreted", can be valuable resources for guidance and wisdom. 

When we discuss spiritual gifts, it's always important to remember that these aren't just for a select few.  These are spiritual gifts.  Gifts that are given to us through the spirit.  We must remember then we are spirits first that have inhabited a body, not the other way around.  Spiritual gifts are there for everyone.  We only need to become aware of them to use them in a productive way for our lives.

Joan Rivers Speaks Out On Zsa Zsa Gabor

As some of you know occasionally we get guest "ghosts" in the house.  I'll call them spirits of the departed.  Friendly souls who have passed on joining up with the boys in the hood or Michael and Elizabeth.

Recently Joan Rivers passed on.  I didn't see Joan, I didn't hear from her since she did.  However, this morning I heard that Zsa Zsa Gabor has said she deserved to die.  What?! I was in shock.  I wanted Joan to have a chance to reply,  so I paged her; put a call out in the universe to bring her here.  She wasn't sure at first how to "talk" to me, even though I could already hear her.  I think that's how it works.  You're never sure at first how to "deal" with the living.  Anyway, let's see what Joan had to say about Zsa Zsa:

"Zsa Zsa is a very cruel woman.  Who is she to think that I Joan Rivers of all people would die and give her the benefit of living.  Zsa Zsa baby I'm still alive.  You never know who is on the other side.  I can send a few friends over to your house and have them do away with you right now.  Don't tempt me you little muffin.  You're like Twilight on steroids.  The living dead.  That's no way to live.  Bring me some of that crap you're taking, those pills that keep you going...humping along while I'm zip zipping all over the place.

I'm not dead honey, you are.  You're just living out your days like a nymph fairy on steroids, looking for action and not getting any.  Look here if I wanted to beat you I would have done it while I was there not here.  I beat you to the punch.  And I've still got em baby.  Still coming around and bet your behind I'll be coming around you at night.  Blinking your lights on and off and tearing up your carpet by scarring your dogs to be jesus so they run wild all over the house.  Glad I'm dead I'll show you who's dead.

I'll meet up with you when you pass Zsa Zsa.  It's beautiful, it really is.  Honey, no one deserves to die, we only hope to live."


I did not know anything about Joan and Zsa Zsa.  I thought, wow where did that comment about the nymph come from?  Well I looked for a video to portray their play together and found not only the propensity Zsa Zsa had for men, but the fact that she also (at least at one time) had seven dogs.

The "Apple" Poem

The Apple Poem


"Apples aren't rare but they are a treat
Tasty, some bitter, some tart and some sweet,

Sometimes an apple can come in a guise
A delivered package, an inspiring prize

Apples can be in the form of a kiss,
A rarity found through venom and hiss

An apple can come in the form of a hug

Consciousness, Healing and Miracles


Luke 8:43-48
And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years, but no one could heal her. She came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak, and immediately her bleeding stopped. "Who touched me?" Jesus asked. When they all denied it, Peter said, "Master, the people are crowding and pressing against you." But Jesus said, "Someone touched me; I know that power has gone out from me." Then the woman, seeing that she could not go unnoticed, came trembling and fell at his feet. In the presence of all the people, she told why she had touched him and how she had been instantly healed. Then he said to her, "Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace."


Jesus said to them, "Surely you will quote this proverb to me: 'Physician, heal yourself!'


There was a time when Jesus the Christ lived that he told the people that the works he had done would be done by others.  Greater works even, he said, we would perform.

Since those times there have been many healers that have walked among us.  They are the saints, the monks, the priests, and the energy healers and practitioners that have become more and more common in recent times.

I believe many people have misconstrued the power of  Jesus as simply a holy man and not a man that channeled the holy spirit.  It was not the man Jesus that allowed for healing and miracles, but the holy spirit the lord allowed to work through him.  When he says in the above quote he felt the power go out from him, it means that he was obviously aware of the energy that flowed through him.  Feeling it leave is evidence of this.   More prominent, however, is that in many of the texts regarding Jesus, healing and miracles is that it is always said that your faith has healed you.

Our beliefs, the things we hold in our mind and hearts to be true comprise our reality.  As simple as this sounds, many of us have not become conscious of this simple reality.  What we think, what we believe, we become.

Science has recently began to prove this theory with the slot experiment.  I've posted the video below, however, it is with the consciousness of our minds and our expectations that is proven here that has a direct effect on our reality.  If this is true in this tiny little experiment, what power then do we have with repetitious thoughts and beliefs in our own personal lives?

Each day we ingrain ourselves with the beliefs that we hold about ourselves and the world around us. These thoughts and feelings create our consciousness.  Thinking and believing we don't deserve to be healthy, or don't deserve to be rich, or even not to be able to get out from under our debt, puts that belief into our lives.  Many times even deep seeded fears and phobias show up in our lives because we have allowed them to.  If we remain unconscious of the patterns at play in our lives, we can liken it to walking down the street in Detroit at night with cash hanging out of our pockets, blind.  You can just expect something bad to happen.

As powerful co-creators whatever we put our attention on we make larger.  If we focus on problems we make them larger.  If we focus on solutions, then we find our way out.  Becoming conscious then, of what is transpiring under the surface of our lives, puts these patterns on notice and we can begin breaking down the belief systems that hold us back in life and in our health.

Healing and miracles work the same way.  We have to get out of our own way for them to occur.  When you pray for intercession for a healing the divine can only do what it can with permission of the higher self of the person in question.  If that person has already decided on their faith or believes they can't be healed, they most likely won't.  However, if we take the words of Jesus and like him, allow for the holy spirit to work through us as well, perhaps we too can be physicians to heal ourselves.  Allowing the power and healing through our very own I AM or Christ presence.

It is through this presence that all things in creation are made manifest.  From healing, to miracles to the very body we came into existence with.

Intercessions and miracles do exist.  I've posted a video testament from a young man below who received such an intercession from a favorite spirit friend of mine, Father Solanus Casey.  It looks as though he became his "friend" as well.  From cancer to health, he describes his personal journey.



You'll notice the use of the word "pattern" in the video above.  The waves of current produce an interference. This is how our personal "patterns" appear in our energetic bodies.  Waves of energy interfering with our every day lives or making them better.  Like the video above, it is our "consciousness" that has a direct effect on our lives, our health and our well being.

Man in the Mirror PROJECT: Projection


 Psychological projection is a theory in psychology in which humans defend themselves against unpleasant impulses by denying their existence in themselves, while attributing them to others.[1] For example, a person who is rude may constantly accuse other people of being rude. (wikipedia)


Projection can sometimes be seen from the Buddhist's point of view, that nothing is "out there". That everything comes from "us".  It is the thinking that whatever our thoughts are is how we view our world.

Yesterday I experienced an example of a type of projection from one of my young sons.  We sat at the dinner table and he told me that I made him feel badly.  He said I was angry towards him and it made him angry when I told him to do something like take a shower.

I was baffled.  In my mind I rarely get angry with my children, and when I say take a shower, it's only because I've noticed they haven't and it's almost bedtime.

After some careful probing and conversation, I began to hear some of the same repeated words: "You think I'm irresponsible."  Again, I was baffled.  Where did that come from?  It wasn't from me.  It was at that point I knew the words he had heard from someone else were being "projected" onto me.

I never have thought of either of my children as irresponsible.  Matter of fact I'm very proud of them both and can't really take credit.  They are much smarter, brighter and more intelligent than me by far.  Yet someone had told my child he was irresponsible and he had internalized it into a belief for himself.  He thought everyone thought he was irresponsible and it made him angry.

When this happens you can ask the person and most of the time the person accusing you of the wrong doing has no idea what they are doing.  In their mind it's true.  It is what they already believe.

It's the boyfriend that accuses the new girlfriend of cheating because the last one did, or the wife who thinks her husband thinks she's fat because her father called her fat when she was a child.

These are those patterns of behavior and beliefs that are so silent, but that can be so deadly to us as adults, and especially as children, formulating our thoughts and beliefs for the rest of our lives.

I could see my sons face as I repeatedly asked him who had made that statement to him.  Why he believed he was irresponsible and more over, was it true?  After some time of inner reflection he finally came out with it.  It was his second grade teacher who called him irresponsible.  He is now in the sixth grade.  Her words registered within him deeply years ago and now that's how he saw himself and thought others saw him too.  

Acknowledging where our thoughts and beliefs come from is like finding a weed that's been choking out our garden.  Once you find it you can begin to extract it and start cultivating new, more supporting thoughts and beliefs that support a healthier, more productive and fulfilling life.

Don't ever let anyone else's words about you become your own beliefs.  At the end of the day, it is we who define ourselves and only we based on what we "choose" to believe.  Choose wisely and in a consistent and beneficial way that inspires your life.  No one has the authority over our mind but ourselves.

We're Not Lost

"It's the tick tock of the beating heart that makes life worth while.  We struggle, we imagine, we contemplate, we even try to superimpose our ideas on others, but we don't listen to the beating of our own hearts.

What's it saying?  Who is it saying it to?  What's it there for if not to be expressed.  Unlimited emotion, bubbling over, screaming to be heard, longing to be loved.

We are all children of god, waiting to express our divinity in the form of love.  Expressed through eons of time and limitless creation we sing in harmony with all of nature, all of life, in the orchestra within our very own souls.  We live there.  That's where it began, and that's where we will end up.

Where is the song?  How do you hear it?  Where will it lead?

A heartbeat, a rhythm, a dance of the ocean, waves of consciousness, waves of wonder and eons of time.  All pulsating to the rhythm of life.  Pumping, beating, vibrating with sounds of delight, wonder, love and mystery.

Do you hear it?  Do you feel its pulsey rhythm?  Can you find it?

When you do you find me and when I do I find you.  We are never truly lost."

Man in the Mirror PROJECT: The Art of Transformation

We all have inner dialogue in our heads that speaks out even when we don't ask it too.  One look in the mirror can give us an "I'm so fat" statement or the sight of a happy couple might even return an "I'm all alone."

Over the weekend I was blessed to attend the Oprah Life You Want Weekend.  On Saturday, beautiful soft cover booklets were distributed.  In them were many beautiful pictures, poems, affirmations and a section on "our work".  Part of that work was creating a new vision for our lives.  But as we all know creating a new vision takes time and work.  We simply can't say I want to be a nurse and expect to be happy for the rest of our lives.  Sometimes we have inner programming that needs to be changed. The inner programming we are talking about today is our thoughts.

I'm going to list some of the language that stops us from achieving and feeling what we need to in order to change our lives.  For every negative statement you find that you have in the first list, replace that thought with a positive statement from the next list.

When you find yourself thinking the thoughts that normally creep up when you think about doing something you want in your life, replace the thoughts with a positive one (a transformational thought) and notice the feeling you have associated with the thought.

Once you have gained access to the feeling with your negative thought, I want you to direct your mind to the positive thought and a positive feeling associated with it as well.

For instance, if I think "no one loves me", I'll recognize the feeling; (great sadness), within myself.  Then I'll take a positive statement, like "all of the universe loves me" and feel how that feeling feels: (uplifting and warm).  Really feel what you say.   BELIEVE it.


The art of transformation comes from the heart.  That's where our creative energy is stored.  This is the secret Tibetan chakra center, the Seal of Solomon, the shiva/shakti, and the merkabah of all of creation. The great secret to all of creation is the heart, our feeling center.

 Whatever is thought, must also be felt in order to be made manifest.  Feel it, see it, believe it.

Unproductive Thoughts

I hate my . .          
I feel fat
I'm so behind
I'm too busy
I'm so stressed out
I lie to myself
I don't matter
I'm insecure
I feel numb
Why bother?
I let myself go
I hate job
I'm unsettled
I'm unlovable

I feel hopeless

I can't say no
I'm angry

Transformational Thoughts

 I'm on my way
I feel energized
I have a mission
I choose Happiness
I can do this
I love myself enough to change
I'm in charge of me
I am present
I put me first
I'm ready
I'm making good choices for myself
I listen to my heart
I can change
I'm happy
I trust myself
I don't have to be perfect
I speak gently to myself
I love my body
I'm taking steps to change
I am becoming
I can do anything
I have what I need
My heart is open
I matter
I'm powerful

Many of these ideas have come from the weekend project, however, when we feel what we think we make it manifest in the universe by engaging at least two of our energetic bodies, attracting that which we want that much more.

Mere words or thoughts are not enough for true change.  We must change our story within, change the way we feel about ourselves and our world then take the small steps to change, knowing that eventually we will be in the place we dream.  There is only one other word to take us there:  Constancy.

The Oprah Event - A Raised Consciousness with a lil MJ in the House

This weekend I was privileged to be able to attend Oprah's The Life You Want.

I arrived Friday midday to attend the O Town event prior to Oprah's speaking engagement.  The energy


in the stadium was low and I found myself irritated as people stepped in front of me, bumped into me, the long waits in lines and in traffic.  Oprah spoke for a few hours on Friday evening and I went home that night thinking perhaps I had expected too much.  Maybe I had made a mistake in attending.

On Saturday I awoke to a vision of Michael Jackson walking with a young man, whom I believed to be Ryan White.  I had asked him prior to attend the event with me and since he seemed busy, I rolled over figuring I'd take my time.  Maybe not go.  I prize my weekend "sleep in" time and besides, if it was going to be anything like O Town the day before, I wasn't too excited.

Rolling over I found Michaels face in my head with one word: "Go!".  Internally I rolled my eyes and my inner dialog went off:  "Fine.  I'll go, but I'm going to take my time.  Drink some coffee, make breakfast....I'll get there when I get there.  I'm not going to fight traffic or people today."

I arrived with no traffic, no lines and in perfect time for the show to start.  Oprah came out looking ready for business.  Dressed in slacks and wearing her glasses, she seemed to be portraying the teacher and that she was.  For the entire day they had speakers come out and give us insights into their lives and the lessons they had learned from them.

I noted the repeated use of the word "pattern" in Iyanla Vanzant's work and it resonated deeply.  She spoke of the same patterns we speak of here on the blog.  The repetitious cycles, other peoples labels for us, and our own inner dialog that keeps us from achieving our "best life."

As the day progressed I could feel the energy shifting ever so slightly.  We would break every now and then and they would play music during the break.  I'd get up, walk around and then return to my seat.  It was changing.  People were walking more slowly, and the energy was more relaxed.

They had given us bracelets to wear for the event.  Every now and again the lights would dim and the bracelets would light up.  In the opening of the event the lights around the stadium were likened to stars. It was a beautiful analogy and I was awestricken with the sight every time they lit up.  All around you it looked like you were right in the middle of a starry galaxy.  I thought of Michael.  He had been to that stadium for his Bad Tour years ago.  I sat just a few rows in front of the stage and at one point all the lights went out.  It was black, but I heard Michael's voice say "Turn around.  Turn around and look.  It's beautiful."  When I did all I could see were lights.  Flickers from lighters all around the stadium.  They looked like stars and it was beautiful.  The scene at Oprah's event was the same, only more brilliant so I decided to send him a snapshot in my head.  I didn't "feel" him around.

Moments later I was walking back to my seat and they began playing "Remember the Time" by Michael Jackson.  The words struck me in an unusual way.  The memory came back immediately, and I hadn't realized it, but it was in that arena that Michael Jackson and I first saw each other physically back in 1984.  It all came back in one swoop and I recognized the message.  If he wasn't there, his energy was.

I sat back down and the DJ continued to play songs.  Every once in a while I'd look around and see some people dancing.  Then Michael Jackson's "Don't Stop Til You Get Enough" came on and the crowd roared with cheers.  It seemed as if the whole stadium got up and began line dancing in groups through the crowds and around the stage.  You could see the lights of their wristbands bouncing up and down as they moved.  The energy was vibrant and people where holding on to each other, dancing with one another.  The spirit of joy and happiness permeated the room.  I could physically feel the energy with my hands extended, rich and warm.

 Oprah came back out on stage and immediately asked "What happened?!"

Every speaker, each story, and every sharing of wisdom changed the vibration in that arena.  The last evidence of the changed consciousness was this dance.  The energy of all the people in that stadium had shifted.




The message then was very clear from Oprah, her colleagues and from beyond.  When it comes to the game of life, you can't let events or the words in your head stop you from achieving your dreams.  In life you "Don't Stop Til You Get Enough".


There were many amazing insights that I'd like to share.  Tomorrow I'd like to share some exercises we did, but for today I'll share some of my favorite quotes from the event that I think everyone will find helpful:


  • Be present-stay in relationship to everything because everything is energy connected to us all.
  • Don't let other peoples voices drown out your own soul.  When you know something is right for you, you don't have to ask anybody.
  • Along the path of life you will find friends that look like enemies, enemies who look like friends and tricksters.
  • Always look for beauty and magic in the world.  Where you focus your thoughts, that is which will be made larger in your life.
  • Everyone hears a guiding voice and can hear it within themselves.  Make time to be silent to hear it.
  • Fight for your right to live your life the way you want it.  Not how someone else thinks it "should be."
  • You have to be the hero of your own story.  You can't wait for someone else to do it for you or give you "permission"
  • Never stop looking for "signs".  The coincidences in life are the signs the universe gives us to help us navigate our way.
  • Our crazy, wacked out lives are ours and ours alone.  It's our responsibility to do something with them.
  • When things go wrong in our lives treat it as "information".  Information you can use to re-do, re-route and move on.
  • Science has shaped our capacity to allow for the miracles of life that we don't know how to prove yet.  Don't let that shape your capacity for life and constrict your personal beliefs to manifest miracles in your own life.
  • While we ask why we suffer, we can also ask why we receive blessings.
  • Let yourself be caught up in the "mystery" of life.  Like a good book that comes to an end we don't want it to be over.  Uncertainty in life is like a good mystery.  Don't expect to know, just enjoy the story and anticipate what might be next.
  • Birthing a new life is often painful, but something beautiful always transpires in the end.
  • Most of us are addicted and loyal to dysfunction because we are familiar with it.  We "expect" it.
  • Everything you need to heal in your life shows up in the story you tell yourself and other people.
  • We often cheat ourselves out of our dreams by setting ourselves up; doing the things we think we are "supposed" to do and not anticipating or trying for our "real" dreams.
  • If you made it through your past, you "passed" that class already.  You don't need to carry it with you any longer.
  • You have to be able to stand in your vision.  Don't look at it with the eyes of your dysfunctional past.
  • Life doesn't play tricks on us, our mind does.  Our thoughts can be like the new puppy that humps the company that comes to our home.  They need to be trained...(the humping puppy on the leg story)
  • If you find yourself being loyal to people who treat you badly because that's what you're used to, don't stay in the relationship.  If you're not getting what you want from it, it's OK to leave - this includes family.
I'd like to thank Oprah Winfrey, Mark Nepo, Elisabeth Gilbert, Rob Bell and Iyanla Vanzant for sharing their time and their wisdom.  The conscious choice of using their lives to help others touched many.  It is in our own singular decisions to do what's in our own souls and follow our own music that allow us to touch the lives of others as well.  It all brings us closer to union with the whole.  Encourages a state of grace,  and closer to the love we were made from.  May this event and others like it bring us all to a place of forgiveness, sharing and our own inner beauty.  The lights that shown in the stadium that day will all shine a bit brighter because of them.  May we use our lights to light up the lives of others in the same way.

Confirmations of the After Life; Another Suicide Case

I just received this from "Agent M" - another twin flame soul mate currently inhabiting the earth (undercover of course.)

I was so excited however to share it, I had to post it.  Even though we had a post already today.

These two pages are taken from a book called "Channeling Erik".  The woman who wrote it lost her 20 year old son a few years ago.  He committed suicide.

It is imperative as parents of these types of cases that we heal and know that those on the other side are still OK.

In her quest for peace and answers she found herself speaking with her son who passed over.  I was excited to see that he explains why we see them in places like what we have here.  Last I saw Michael Jackson, he was having a picnic with Princess Diana, and on another occasion he was at a baseball game.  Erik, her son explains why.  Michael seems to be catching up on all the things he would have liked to do here.

Another very important note for these two pages is the fact that Erik talks about how we communicate as well.  When we "think" of a person he says the same as we have said here on the blog; it's like a direct line without having to use a telephone.  When I used that language I was talking about twin flames.  However, when Erik uses it, he is speaking about the other side.  This might explain why Robin Williams would show up here after he passed.  It was only the thought that connected us.  (Maybe I said that . . I don't remember...) BUT .....

I do believe it's very heartwarming. I hope you find it to be as well. :)

Love and Beauty - Are You Lovable?

All to often we equate love and desire with beauty.  A beautiful girl to look at, an amazing sunset,
No braces for his teeth,nor botox for
his wrinkles, but nevertheless, still
"lovable"
the waves of the ocean or the quietness of the river.  All these things are wonders in nature and are indeed love.  The love of our father is great.  In all of creation we see his master work at hand.  A swirl of color in the sky, a painted tree and the myriad of blues and greens in the ocean.

True love is not always beautiful.  Atleast not in the way "we" define it.  True love sees beyond what mankind may "perceive" as beauty. True love knows that life itself is expressed in the love of creation.  That love takes many forms.

It is the awkward smile of the toothless old man.  The pug puppy with protruding teeth.  The mis-shappen head of the new born baby.  The kiss of your grandmother with doughnut crumbs still around her mouth and the radiance found in the eyes of a child looking at the world.

Our perceptions of beauty have led the world to believe if we are not beautiful by the standards that mankind has set, we are not worthy of love.  Women dye their hair, get implanted breasts, try losing weight, altering their appearance all to "feel" beautiful.  To feel "worthy" of love.

Men build their egos, try to make more money, present themselves as if they are macho and talk about their accomplishments all to feel good about themselves.  All to feel "worthy" of love.

There is difference in love, however,  We try to put a name on it.  We try to define our feelings, yet we don't know how to exactly.  When love comes, love sees past the amount of money you make and the size of your breasts.  Love doesn't see imperfections, love only sees what god has created.  The image and light of his likeness in the person that is loved.  The person that was created out of love.

How can you say you are not lovable then, when all of you is love?  The breast implants don't make you more lovable, they make you more desired and the money you make only makes you more sought out for the same.  If we want more love in our lives, we must resonate the love that we are, not the misqualified thoughts about what love  is.  When we are all love to begin with, that should be an amazingly easy thing to do.

What's Half in the Shadow is Half in the Light with Mary Poppins

Darkness prevails when light is not allowed in.  When light touches something, it stretches through light beams of magic enlivening the scene.  When darkness pervades and light is not allowed in, we feel its heaviness, sense it's mystery and know its danger.

Some things are better off left in the light.  When we think of ourselves we think it's nice to be able to think we know ourselves, know who we are; that all things about ourselves we know and no one could know us better.  In some respects we are right, but in others, we are completely wrong.

The things that reside in our conscious mind are only half of the things that we "actually" know about ourselves.  The other half remains in the shadow of the "subconscious" mind.  Still just under our detection, under the radar and obscure to the conscious mind.  We alone are the only ones able to access that shadow side and when we do, we open the door to our patterns, our life's purpose and even sometimes our very souls.

Our minds can be like a chimney.  The more thoughts were burn in our minds the more soot we leave in the flew.  Chimney's eventually become clogged, and just like our minds, they can get cobwebs, distorted views of the light and lots of shadowy places.  Our patterns, the subconscious messages we believe from society and our upbringing are many of the things that clog the chimney of our minds.  Sometimes if we take time to clean the chimney by exposing light to the goings on there, we can have a clear view up to the sky.

Looking through the chimney of our minds we can access a higher place.  A place beyond the thoughts held in shadow.  A place that always resides in the light.  We just have to clean our chimney's out and let the light in to get there.

News Report Confirms Location of Suicide

Our local news has confirmed the location and cause of death for Matthew Lyzen, the young man
I posted information about yesterday.

Matthew's body was found in a wooded area just North of the Clinton River.  This was the river my yoga teacher and I had been walking.  There was a bridge just a few blocks over where we started and we had gone that way several times.  For some reason I saw an old blue car and there was a auto place near that side of the river.  The "old blue car" has not been confirmed, but the cause of death and location have.

I am devastated by the loss of this young man.  He was such an amazing spirit, I can only imagine what a wonderful person he was.  I can only hope that others who feel the same way, lost, lonely or depressed, seek counseling, a hotline, anything that can help.  I know it might seem hokey for some to ask for help, but you must.  When you feel like no one cares, or want to lash out and hurt yourself, you simply must find the strength to help yourself.  Love yourself enough to take control of your own life.  We can be victims to many things, but mostly our own minds.  That's sometimes all it takes.  A change of thought, a change of feeling and a new outlook.  Much can be learned from deaths like these and the soul does live on.  Just because you take your life doesn't mean "everything" goes away.  The feelings stay with you.

Matthew and I have agreed to engage in a video game competition when I pass.  Although I have a feeling he'll be kicking by butt when it happens.  He says we'll play a game called "Blackstar".  My kids play but I've never heard of that one.  I looked it up and found a trailer for it and posted it below.  He was remarking about the swirls shown here.  A while back he told me about these swirly holes he could create on the other side.  These were the things he used to jump from one place to another.  He liked it, he said, because it was like a video game.

UPDATE: The Young Man's Suicide-Matt Lyzen

I have just learned that the man I wrote about a few months ago, Matthew Lyzen has been found.

His family was notified just a few hours ago that he did, indeed, commit suicide.   I will re-post and link to the original post at the end of this post, but I wanted to take just a moment to say from my heart what this young man has meant to me.

I was never introduced to Matthew.  I found out that he was missing from my yoga teacher, and as you reread the post you'll understand that it was that night that I knew he was no longer living.  Matthew didn't want to be found.  It was emotional for him, as taking your life I would imagine would be.  After a few weeks of searching on foot, my yoga teacher and I gave it a rest.  I didn't realize it, but in finding Matthews body, Matthew said he would "re-live" those last moments again.  He wasn't prepared and quite frankly, as I told my yoga instructor, I didn't know if I was prepared to find his body.

Since then I have seen Matthew on and off.  Maybe six times or so. At times he has amused me.  I didn't know him when he lived, but on the other side I know him to have a great sense of humor.  He explained how he could "create" things and places, jumping from one place to another on the other side like a video game and I couldn't help but relate to him as one of my own sons who is the same age.

I last saw Matt again at the studio last Wednesday, where I again inquired on whether or not he was going to let me "find him."  In prior conversations he told me "you don't want to find me".  I would imagine the sight wasn't very nice. However, Matthew, the brilliant light that he is and will always will be, continues even without the body.  He is here now as I write I'd like to allow him to express some of his thoughts to family and friends, should they stop by to read:

"Imagine a castle.  A really big castle.  That's where I'm at.  That's where I live.  A castle in the clouds.  I'm right under your nose sometimes and you don't know it, but I'm there and I love you just as much as you love me, but I'm fine.  I really am.  Don't worry about how or why, just know that I'm OK.  That's all that matters now.  Peace out."

OK, so "peace out" ?  See what I mean..kinda funny.  Matthew is in my heart and will always be.  I'll never forget him as I can't even imagine that people who actually lived with him never will.  My heart is with them as well during this time.  May the healing energies of love surround them all and may you also know that the true Matthew Lyzen lives on.  Sending my love.

I went to my normal Wednesday class and Michael was sitting outside of the building. He said they had been waiting for me. When I went in I found that a young man had gone missing a few days prior. I had seen his face the night before and knew that he had passed. He was angry and didn't want anyone to find him."

know there is something there you can't deny.



I had a friend request today's post.  This is a touchy subject, but an important one, so I wanted to attempt to address the issue of "famous twin flame soul mates" as best I could today.

As we have approached and are entering into a new age of consciousness, more and more people have been waking up to the subtle energies around us.  As we as individuals raise our vibrations, we emit those energies to our world.  The energy of the world and the other people in it then also benefit by getting their vibrations raised.  (It may be time to thank the Dalai Lama and his monks for keeping the earths vibration up for all of us all these past years.)

It would stand to reason then that many people, not only just the ones that are working toward a higher consciousness, but even those that haven't, would begin to have experiences.  Experiences that are not termed as "normal" experiences in our everyday culture.  These are the things that happen to you and you are afraid to tell anyone because you fear that they won't believe you or that they will think you're crazy.

Maurie D Pressman M.D., used to say "crazy" is a relative term.  Relative because it depends on what situation you are speaking of and who.  What are the details and is the situation at all possible?  Crazy then maybe crazy today but make absolute sense tomorrow.

Experiences with a twin flame soul mate can sometimes make you feel "crazy".  These aren't every day occurrences, they are not something we were ever taught about and sometimes in our minds, it seems so "out there" it's extremely hard to believe even when the "experiences" are happening to you.

Twin flame soul mate experiences are experiences that will guide you back to source.  Source light is located in your source - your soul.  So our everyday stuff that we normally operate in will seem very different than the "soul experience".  Soul experiences are held in the subconscious mind.  If you liken it to splitting into a male and female at earth entry from the soul, you can liken the mind being split into duality as well: conscious and subconscious.

The subconscious mind, that part that is asleep, is the part that holds the memories of the soul or lets say can transmit them to you from your soul.  Sometimes you will dream of things, get answers to problems in your dreams, and yes even get prophetic dreams about what will transpire in the future.  All of these things hold value because they are letting you know there is another part of yourself that is connected to the whole.  A part of you hidden that can speak in languages mankind has never verbalized.  This is the language of the soul.

When you begin to work on bringing that language and communication into consciousness - which means into your waking life, you will also begin to remember more about who you are, maybe who you were in a past life and also any connections at a soul level.  Now all of us at some level or another have a soul connection to every other member of the human race, but just like we might "resonate" with some people more than others, our soul connections are the same.  Some bonds are simply stronger than others and in the end our original creations had to come from a splitting of the whole.  Maurie Pressman used to call this our evolution and involution processes.  Splitting from source and now as we make our way back, uniting in wholeness.

That truly is where we are headed, toward unity consciousness.  As we do, twin flame soul mates will make special contributions with the energy they share as well as the work they have accomplished in raising their awareness and vibration.  Just like the Dalai Lama and the monks as they chant to raise the vibration of the earth, we have many individuals and groups around the globe that do the same - they just don't necessarily shave their heads and wear orange colored robes.

Many people will begin uniting with their twin and as they do some twins will be in the public eye.  Each twin pairing has a purpose and if you do find yourself with a twin in the public eye, you most likely will probably have a very special and unique mission with that twin that will only reveal itself in time.

In the meantime, you may struggle greatly.  The famous twin soul is a love hate relationship.  Most famous twin flames are famous because many people love them.  Many people connect with them and you will feel at times that your experiences may not be valid because of others making similar claims.  You may feel that the followers of this person may be superficial or that your twin wouldn't want anything to do with you because of all the loving, admiring fans they have already. You may get angry because the followers of this person may claim ownership of this individual. You may get tested when publicity about the person is wrong.  You might get uncomfortable when images appear again and again, or news reports about the person seem to never stop.  You might even get uncomfortable because they may have a significant other and the public forums let you know about it . .  . all the time.

There is definitely more testing when your flame is public.  Other flames that are not so famous get to bask on the river bank for a while.  It's a gradual opening into the flame experience that is subtle and not face first all the time.  With a famous twin in this day and age, there is no getting around the fact that if this is indeed your twin, it will be right there in your face, all the time.  The more famous, the more "in your face" this person will be.

In a normal concept of twin souls, you might say "what's wrong with that?".  Twins are about love after all.  And to that I would say you're right, but the path to the twin is completely underestimated.  Twins mirror everything about you and there is no escaping your bond.  Having a twin "in your face" at every turn doesn't allow you to rest back on the river bank and pretend it's not happening.  If it's not "your time" to come together and you see this person being splashed all over the papers with confirmation after confirmation regarding your soul experiences, it can get very frustrating.  You question why, you question the relationship, and you question why you can't just move away from it.  It can be very agonizing to wait for this type of soul mate relationship to reveal itself and the purpose of it. The best you can do is give it time.  Trying to reveal yourself through thousands of fans makes you feel even that much more "crazy".  It's hard to explain what sets you apart from anyone else in the "real world".  Nothing on the outside tells them you are any different.  It's only on the inside that you know the real truth.  Yet, it will also be on the inside of the famous twin that recognizes you and that's the most important part.

There will be fans that will have experiences and make claims.  At first you may want to defend your experiences.  You may be curious about theirs.  Depending on your level of understanding, you'll come to realize the opening and fullness that twin flame relationships bring.  You are working with one another on a soul level to expand the love of our father.  In doing that, the love will be expanded from your twin.  If he or she is in the public eye guess who gets the benefit of it?  Their fans, the people who are in the public forum they touch.  They will feel the radiating divine energy of their soul and higher self vibrating into their own fields and fall even more in love with the person radiating the energy.  You are in essence affecting humanity itself; subtly, slowly and ever more beautiful as the love between you grows.  Many fans may mistake this for romantic love.  Know that it's divine love they feel.  The love that they too know from their very creation.

This really is a beautiful thing, because as hurtful and as hard as the struggle can be internally for a twin in the public eye, the benefit of your internal union that the two are able to give the world are immense.  If you have a famous twin, you must always keep this in mind.  The union of your souls, the sheer purpose and reason for your merging at this time is to bring others into harmony and love as well.  If you are on the nonpublic side, your energy will work silently with your twin.  There is no separation internally between the two and your energy will be a catalyst in spurring the other twin into a higher resonating vibration because your merging internally will be felt by him or her.  Creative fields then, get more creative and you yourself will see a difference in the demeanor of your twin when it happens.  Michael used to say "I can feel the music flowing again."  It's that creative force within that activates and needs to be expressed through love.

Famous twin flames happen for a reason.  You have chosen to come here for that purpose and must take your view of them up one more notch than a "normal" flame relationship.  Remembering that the "two" are always working for the benefit of the "whole".

Man in the Mirror PROJECT - The Swan Story


"As Swan looked high above Sacred Mountain, she saw the biggest swirling black hole she had ever seen. Dragonfly came flying by, and Swan stopped him to ask about the black hole. Dragonfly said, “Swan, that is the doorway to the other planes of imagination. I have been guardian of the illusion for many, many moons. If you want to enter there, you would have to ask permission andearn the right.”

Swan was not so sure that she wanted to enter the black hole, She asked Dragonfly what was necessary for her to earn entry. Dragonfly replied, “You must be willing to accept whatever the future holds as it is presented, without trying to change the Great Spirit’s plan.” Swan looked at her ugly little duckling body and then answered, “I will be happy to abide by Great Spirit’s plan. I won’t fight the currents of the black hole. I will surrender to the flow of the spiral and trust what I am shown.” Dragonfly was very happy with Swan’s answer and began to spin the magic to break the pond’s illusion. Suddenly, Swan was engulfed by a whirlpool in the center of the pond.

Swan reappeared many days later, but now she was graceful and white and long-necked. Dragonfly was stunned! “Swan what happened to you!” he exclaimed. Swan smiled and said, “Dragonfly, I learned to surrender my body to the power of Great Spirit and was taken to where the future lives. I saw many wonders high on Sacred Mountain and because of my faith and my acceptance I have been changed. I have learned to accept a state of Grace.



A “state of Grace” is the condition of being loved unconditionally by our Creator without having to earn that Love. We are loved unconditionally by the Great Spirit. What we need to do is to learn to accept that state of Grace.

The way we do that is to change the attitudes and beliefs within us that tell us that we are not lovable. And we cannot do that without going through the black hole. The black hole that we need to surrender to traveling through is the black hole of our grief. The journey within – through our feelings – is the journey to knowing that we are loved, that we are lovable.

It is through willingness and acceptance, through surrender, trust, and faith, that we can begin to own the state of Grace which is our true condition."

I agree Ms Elsa is a very "unique case.". However, let me inform all readers and seekers of true twin flame material that you don't grow "beard stubbles" because you begin a merging process with a twin.

Secondly, I am very honored to now be thrown in with "Madonna" who is also abusing Ms Elsa and her label.

Unfortunately, there is nothing "Made in Heaven" here. I'm not clear on what "frauds" or "mafia" people I'm working with, but I'll let you know when I do. In the meantime I have to assume that this woman is seriously ill.

I have found on record several addresses and aliases for Ms Elsa, including a pharmaceutical company she worked for that she obviously took photos of herself in claiming "research". The doctor she mentions, Dr Peter Brugger, is known to study in the psychological sciences of disillusions. He is also based out of Switzerland, where the same pharmaceutical company on record for her is.

I posted Ms Elsa's debut music video below. I understand many people hold Michael in their hearts. I am sensitive to the fact that many people feel a connection to him, however, true twin soul material this is not. The concept of twin souls has long been misconstrued. Twin flame soul mates are relationships of the soul, not the flesh. They do not come to you as a ghost claiming to be a "twin soul" from beyond and true twin flame souls do not throw around other peoples names so they can pretend to be the "real thing."

Some words about SUSAN ELSA - The "OTHER" Twin Soul

I've tried to ignore this woman as best I can.  Her book is fiction, she robs from my website and discredits my name.  Below are the posts Susan Elsa, the woman "claiming" to be Michael Jackson's twin soul has been doing in search engines.  Using my full name, abusing, and falsely accusing me of trying to stalk HER.   I have written her for her address to file suit legally. Wordpress, the company she uses to post her blog, has claimed she is impersonating after an investigation and she has not stopped.

If you've run into this woman and her website, you must know that the only reason she is doing this is for personal gain.  The words you will see that she uses are disgusting and what she is doing is shameful in the name of twin souls everywhere.  Twins, soul mates; anybody who claims to have a sincere spiritual connection is USUALLY developed spiritually as well.  Spiritually developed people DO NOT use language like this and they never claim anyone to be their very own or need to take information or discredit other people to support their claims.

I have tried so very hard to be nice, but enough is enough.  I don't need the title of "twin soul".  I know my experiences enough and what I'm about.  The ONLY reason I came out to begin with is to support the efforts in getting justice in Michael's murder.  I knew I could most likely get information about what happened that no one else could.  That was to help Michael and his family.  Not myself.  That's what TRUE twin souls do.  They share, enlighten and SERVE.  Not try to put others down and claim other people, especially someone so widespread with love, like Michael Jackson, as their own.  I am sick with people lying about him, their relationship with him and who he was.  Enough is enough.  Since she is saying I am "putting people up to harassing her", please feel free.  This is a karma year after all.
