Everything in nature has a pattern. There are patterns that govern even our DNA. Patterns in our cellular structures, patterns in creating a baby and patterns present even in the life force we don't see.
The universe itself is constantly changing. One of the things that the yogis have taught us is that often our lives mimic nature. We can see ourselves in nature. The poses like frog pose, tree pose or swan all implicate those life force forms around us. The yogis realized that everything could be mimicked and that everything was part of the huge symphonic orchestra that played out in our lives.
There are only two parts of physical substance that we can measure when we speak about the earth life forces. Matter and water. As you can see from the picture above, 3/4 of the human body is comprised of water, as is most of our earth. A few days ago I wrote a piece on being duped. How the media has fed the public with repetitious information to get a desired result. Today I wanted to take a look at how that happens not only with the media, but with our own thoughts about ourselves.
Water happens to be one of the best agents to hold vibration. Our whole universe is created from vibration. In Israel the vibration or name of God doesn't even have a word. In Sanskrit the vibration of our very creation is the primoral Om. The sound that began it all. If that's true, there must be constant sound and vibrations today that create our every day realities. Where do they come from?
Michael used to say that music itself could calm the beast. That would certainly hold true if the beast was comprised mostly of water and the music was of a vibration that could change the molecular structure of the beast itself. Many times when some have crossed over, or even have had very highly intuitive meditating sessions, people have even heard the music of the angels. A music they can't describe, but wish they could hear again. The vibratory song of heaven itself.
So what does this have to do directly with us and our today? We've often spoken about our four lower bodies with Man in the Mirror PROJECT and how those four bodies needed to be purified before we could come into full contact with our twin flames. Very often our emotional body is closely tied to the water or vibrations stored within us. These vibrations from our emotions store repetitious patterns that regenerate time and again. Each time getting stronger. The visual you should hold in your mind is that of casting a pebble and it hitting the water. The ripples repeat. Our emotional bodies react the same way. So if I have a learned reaction emotionally, say I eat when I get angry, I will repeat it and every time I do I'll make the repetition of that pattern stronger.
Because the emotions have such a huge impact on our beings this is the area most often the media will play to. Evoking stories that get you to get your emotional bodies involved in. Sex and sexuality, warm and fuzzy holiday scenes, happy people buying a car, and the darker side of emotions, greed or money issues (because we are almost all emotional about money now days), love, the perfect partner, the list goes on and on. Dating sites to find your true love are on the upswing, people want the stuff that seems to make everyone on the TV happy, and sex looks like it will make almost anyone happy. But does it?
We've been taught to look outside ourselves for truth and happiness. Yet we are still living in a world full of unhappy and disconnected people. Our connections to each other lie within ourselves. If we look at our own emotional makeup long enough, we can discover the patterns that we have placed there ourselves or that have been placed there for us. Remember, these patterns come from our parents, society, religious groups, or thoughts about what has happened to us. You may have anxiety towards sex because of a religious belief, a fear of failure because you've been put down by a parent or a strong emotional reaction to stress because of a past event. Each catalyst, the thought or image that triggers you emotionally, will send out signals in your body and start the rippling effect of the pattern. To break it, you must be present with it. If you witness it, you can begin to identify it and re-program your patterns yourself.
Many people have a pattern in their life where they say "I'm lonely". They don't have anyone in their life to be their "other half". We have been fed from society that we should have another half. If we don't, there must be something wrong with us. We hear things like "When are you going to get married?" , "Did you find "him" yet?", or even "I want to get married and have kids", as if that statement in itself is the answer to happiness. Somehow our "other half" is still seen as being outside of us, but that's another story.
Sometimes I find myself repeating these words in my head and I feel my body begin to get sad. "I'm lonely" triggers thoughts and feelings of abandonment for me. When I get to that place, I immediately place myself in the backseat. I am a little man sitting in the back of my head watching my emotional response. I become the witness.
I catch myself in the process, then ask "Am I lonely?" Most often the answer is no. I'm not lonely. It's just my conditioned response to seeing a couple at the mall or a nice cozy shot of the perfect family celebrating a holiday dinner.
We have many emotional responses and much opportunity to change our responses to lead us to much happier lives. This video clip taken from the movie "What the bleep do we (k)now?" showcases the real life scientific study of water and the impact our thoughts have on our emotional bodies.
