I've had such a time trying to get this to you, but I've finally come up with an approach. The following series of videos is what I have presented on book tour. It encompasses the history of twin flames, twin flame ideas in society and what it is to experience a twin flame.

Discernment
During your road to your twin flame soul mate you will have many what most people view as "unusual" experiences. Twin Flames are relationships of the soul after all, and as such have everything to do with spiritual connections and energies. These are some of the things that our mainstream society has not put an emphasis on. Only currently are we seeing more mediums, psychics and ghost phenomenon coming to us via television and media outlets, yet most occurrances are still not viewed as the "norm".
A twin flame, however, should you be incarnated with one, will always have unusual experiences. You may have visions of your flame, knowings, dreams, out of body experiences and see things in your meditation that may make you question a connection to another person. These are all things that should be evidence to you that we have another part of ourselves that is real and connected to all things.
Yet when we begin to traverse this path there is really very little to help us with our navigation. Society may show ghosts on the television, but does it say what to do if you have one or what it might be like to have one talk to you? Some shows do, yet they leave out some very important details. For when you open yourself up to the other side, even a flame must institute and begin a process of discernment or you just may be opening yourself up for possession, with a lack of a better word.
Very few of us can see straight into the astral plane. The astral plane is the plane of existence that resides closest to us and as such carries the densest vibration of energy to also interact with humans. Astral energies often can take shape or form of whatever or whoever they choose. These energies may be people who have died and refused to go on to the light or other life forms, including elementals which delight in human contact and will be and do what ever a human mind can think of to entertain them.
So what happens when we get in contact with someone or something telepathically? Most often you don't necessarily "see" that person, you "hear" them. When you speak with a spirit you normally institute your hearing abilities, not sight, with your extra sensory organs. So it's almost like talking to a stranger. The stranger can say anything. The stranger can most often probably even manipulate energy if it is an astral being or "ghost". You may feel a sudden chill, a breeze, or even an actual hand or fingers grabbing you.
If they sound friendly, they may be, but not always. The bible talks about spiritual gifts. One of those is discernment of spirits. If you dare to tread in spiritual waters you would be a fool not to educate yourself first. There is a song I have on a presentation I'll be posting from Savage Garden that relates to twin souls called "I Want You" and some of the lyrics are :
"But the time of talking, using symbols, using words
Can be likened to a deep sea diver
who is swimming with a raincoat"
In the realm of spirit a raincoat is never going to keep you from getting wet. You have to be diligent with what you are thinking yourself. What you are projecting to the universe and how you are feeling about the experiences you are having. If they leave you alone, sad, depressed, angry or simply depleted in energy, chances are you are not dealing with something positive. It is then that your discernment must be imposed and your best bet is to break off contact all together. Even in the physical realm we could encounter the same. An individual that lies repeatedly, while masking their true intention.
The bottom line is to listen to your intuition and trust your feelings. They will never lie to you - but a spirit or even a human might.

The Man in the Mirror Project - Truth and Light
What is the one thing you would like to reflect to the world? Your cunning ability to be shrewd, a winning attitude or light and love? The choice is ours, however, most of us don't realize it is what we fill ourselves with that we project out to the world. If it is hatred toward ourselves, that is often what we project to others as well.
We have talked much about misqualified energy and soon I'll be posting a video to explain exactly what it has to do with the flame process, but it is in this energy created by us that we lose our standing in God' s light. Often we lie to even ourselves in coming to terms with who we are. No one is honest with everything about themselves. Sometimes the man in the mirror we see looking back isn't all that pleasant and who wants to admit unpleasant things about themselves?
Sometimes we act selfishly, sometimes we lash out at someone else because we are unhappy with ourselves. It is easier to cast blame and point the finger on someone else than it is to look at our own unhappiness, but it perpetuates our patterns and dims our light. For as long as man has been in existence the ego has always tried to take our attention to other things to distract us from the truth. Outside or in, we are still in a constant battle of being conscious of the patterns at play within us and outside of us. Our internal patterns will be made manifest on the outside and the outside patterns that have been perpetuating society are manifest not only in the world but within each individual we come into contact with.
There is a mirror here, that if we reflect long enough we will be able to see the truth. When we do we will also transform the lies we have told ourselves and society into light. What role do you play in your everyday struggles? What have you permitted to permeate your life? Or, more importantly what have you done or not done to change the way you feel about life today?
Maybe you are completely happy in light and love already. But if you're not, there must be some kind of misqualification of energy going on. There is something you are thinking that is not in your truth. Who are you? Where did you come from and who and where do you want to be?
Our path to light and love can come from two places. One is to be curious like a child; about yourself and about your world. The other is to know thyself - in truth and in love.

Love - To Infinity and Beyond
What is love all about anyway? Who can tell what it is to love or what it is to feel love? We have set out on a journey in our lives to find the one we believe that will make us whole. We compromise ourselves to get what we feel we need from that person. Sometimes we risk everything we have and other times we don't see the writing on the wall and stay in relationships that no longer serve us.
Who among us would believe that the real love we seek can only come from ourselves. That by searching for someone else to fulfill all our needs we will never get them met. We may go from partner to partner, person to person always looking for that "special one", when in reality our special one should come from us first.
Maybe you have heard it before. Some Buddhist practitioners have even said "become that which you seek." If you want to find someone you can trust, be trustworthy yourself. If you want someone to love you unconditionally, love unconditionally first.
There comes a time when you have to choose. What is right and appropriate for you may not be right and appropriate for someone else. As you progress in your ideas and knowledge in life, your mind will change bringing you new insights on what is right for you.
Relationships with others are never wrong. They always teach us, and if we are wise we will heed best the lessons they teach us about ourselves. For in the end we are faced with only one person - ourselves; and it is the love that we take with us there that will be with us forever. Searching outside ourselves then only prolongs the process, for when we speak of twin flames the love is to infinity and beyond. This is all encompassing, never ending and a soul love that lasts forever. But the first love must always start with you.
Who among us would believe that the real love we seek can only come from ourselves. That by searching for someone else to fulfill all our needs we will never get them met. The Awakening
So you've done your homework. You've looked inside for clues as to who you are, you've healed many of your wounds from the past, you are mindful and feel you are living consciously. One day you are hit with an epiphany and it encompasses you all at once that you no longer have to live your life the way you have been living it.
The realization comes from deep within you and encompasses your entire being. You wonder why you hadn't seen it before. People told you you had choices, you knew even yourself, but something else has changed; you have awakened.
Awakening from our subconscious sleep patterns is like tasting the sweet drops of freedom for the first time. You realize that the way you were living is no longer necessary. You can change it and you know at the awakening point that you have the power to do just that.
Awakening can come in many forms; a changing of the mind, an epiphany, a strong but silent promise you keep with yourself or an all out upheaval of your entire life. The one constant is that you will no longer entertain the thoughts that have haunted you in the past. You know with certainty that you have the power to change what ever it is that has adversely affected your life. You are no longer the victim of circumstances or of other people. You awaken to the knowledge that you have freedom to walk in your own light and create your own life.
The experience is a prelude to union with your twin. You have come into your own power and by doing so, no longer need the co dependent relationship mold of the past. You seek union for the sake of union itself, not because you desire it and not because it validates you. Only because it compliments you.

Trecking Upward on the Path - Are You Lonely?
Loneliness. It's almost a sure sign that you are missing a twin flame. We instinctively know that something is missing; a part of ourselves.
Most often we have traversed our path, learning lessons along the way, noticing patterns at play in our lives and doing the best that we can to change for the better. We might begin yoga. get counseling, enroll in a twelve step program, anything and everything to help us "feel" better and live a better life.
We continue down the road, knowing that eventually it will lead us to the one place of unconditional love that we seek. The treck upward is lonely, for as you ascend there will be others that do not. Relationships with the opposite sex will not be so easy because you have witnessed your patterns and released them. Some old relationships will fall away, simply because even your energy vibration has changed. You will not allow yourself to get caught up in the patterns of your past again. This simple mark and progressive step will be a marked event towards twin flame union.
It is at this stage of the journey when we have a tendency to turn back. What's the use we might say, to do all this work and gain nothing? What we don't see is that gain in the material. Perhaps we look at our lives and wonder why we might still be lonely, maybe wonder why there isn't some one at our side when we have been working so hard at becoming whole. The answer is simple. You simply will not settle for anyone else at this stage except for the one that makes you whole.
Discrimination in relationships, inward contemplation and living from a place of grace and love are the hallmark signs of the treck upward. There will be those who will test you on your path. Those that try to control you. Those that try to manipulate you, but there will always be an underlying knowing of where you want to be and who you are.
When you arrive at this stage and you feel the world is so very different from yourself, that everything you have worked for has been in vein; remember your progress is not to be shown with only your eyes, for it is the eyes of the soul that know the true progress and love you have been so willingly working at all your life. Your true reward is not outside, it is in. For when you have come to the place where we call home, nothing will be able to stir you again into thinking you need anything else but the love you have worked so long to regain - the unconditional love of you; your twin flame.

The Dual of Light and Dark
"The Prince of Darkness perpetually jabs the prince of light and drives him farther up. Blood is drawn it pours forth and scatters, it s drops congealing into suns, adding brilliance to the scene. The duel is fight, but also play. The fighters play in dead earnest; worlds hang upon their every stroke. They do not tire, though they have been playing from time immemorial.
As they mount the staircase, all life mounts with them. The steps they have climbed stretch endlessly below. How high do they extend above? The summit is veiled in mist; we cannot see.
The same mist floats about the individual human mind as it struggles for clarity in its battle for ascendance. The demonic powers employ the weaknesses of the human being, but the human employs the demons as well. There is an exchange from below to above and above to below. The demonic powers, as long as they are able to operate in darkness, can proliferate. Living in the depths of the personality, they can store up and transmit their poison. But when they are released and brought to the light, they don't disappear; they join in a dance with the light powers and become alloyed with them. Raw instincts become sublimated and turned to service as the power for evil is transmuted into the power for good.
And look! The mist has cleared at the top of the cosmic staircase. The duel has become a dance. As part of the dance the two princes join hands. And now the uppermost prince lifts his brother, once Brother of the Shadow, and enthrones him in light by his side."

Happy Valentines Day - Ego Based Love vs Twin Flame Love
Valentines Day in the US is associated with romance, flowers and candy. Lovers exchange small tokens of affection in recognition of their admiration with one another.
Floral shops increase their prices, candy shops prepare heart shaped boxes and the industry booms with symbols of affection. Those that receive these goodies feel special and those that don't sometimes feel badly.
When it comes to twin flames Valentines Day is a mute subject. A day that was created by man is hardly a symbol of what a higher love brings. Ego based love will demand attention, demand to be recognized, when soul love simply just is. Sometimes we get confused as to what love is so I thought I might put down some concepts about ego based love and twin soul love.
1. Ego based love says that if you do this for me I will love you.
Twin Flame love says I love you
2. Ego based love says I could love this person if he or she would only . . . .
Twin Flame love says I love you
3. Ego based love says if you loved me you would . . .
Twin Flame love says I love you
4. Ego based love thinks its ok to hide who I am so someone will love me
Twin flame love says I love you
5. Ego based love says I will do this for you if you love me
Twin flame love says I love you
You might see that twin flame love will always be constant. For the very foundation of this soul level love is the love that you were created from in the very beginning. It is constant, all encompassing and expansive.
This does not mean that your twin flame might not have an ego. Only that the bond that is shared will always be there through soul level love. This is why trying to put a twin flame relationship into the structure of what our current definitions are of love (ego based love) twin flames could never get to the next level of love. In an ego based love we tend to look to the wrong rules - the man made ones instead of the all encompassing God ones.
Reaching the point of the twin flame love you will no longer seek flowers and candy. You will be thankful for the gift of light and pure bliss that no other relationship could ever bring.

Abraham Lincoln - Twin Flame Inspiration

I don't know if Abraham Lincoln was ever in touch with his twin flame on the earth plane, but his willingness and sense of what is right for all people has always struck me as something and someone I would like to be like. For when everyone thought slavery was what should be the "norm" he was strong and courageous enough to stand up for what was right and carry it through. This act not only demonstrated a willingness to do what was right for all people, but his willingness to put his selfishness and ego aside to do what was right in spite of how he might be viewed and what might be done to him because of it. This is true courage, true love of humanity and true bravery.
One of the best things known about Lincoln was his success in putting an end to slavery. He also did not believe in war and has been quoted as once saying:
"Both parties deprecated war, but one of them would make war rather than let the Nation survive, and the other would accept war rather than let it perish, and the war came."
He recognized that the ignorance of both sides of any war was to engage in a war and the killing of people even though they said they didn't want it, rather than reach a compromise.

Purification Before Union - Remembering Past Lives
Most of us think of only our physical body and maybe our emotional or mental states when we think about the concept of ourselves. We often have a tendency to forget that we have four lower bodies:
1. one that is physical
2. one that contains our thoughts (mental)
3. one the contains remnants of our past lives and soul (spiritual)
4. one that contains our emotional make up
We can know some of the things we have to clear up this lifetime by reviewing our lives and listening to our feelings. Sometimes, however, we have repeated patterns in our lives that are actually driven by events and attitudes of some of our past lives. Some yogis believe that when we reincarnate that the soul is energetically attracted to those parents and situations that are of similar vibration. This means that we will be in a set of similar circumstances until we figure out how to over come them.
There are some techniques you can use to purify some of these bodies so you can start to remember your past lives and begin to live consciously and continue elevating yourself into your I AM presence. There are two methods I'd like to share with you today.
One is the invocation of the violet flame. The violet flame is descended upon you by initiating a decree and calling it forth:
"In the name of the Christ I call to my blessed I AM presence for the white light of protection and the violet flame of transmutation."
Visualize the violet flame burning all around you and transmuting, or changing everything that is not of pure love and light into your best divine essence.
Violet flame usage was banned for quite some time, but is now able to be dispensed and used for our personal growth because of an ascended master named St Germain. He is instrumental in our current state of affairs and is leading the way for us to enter into the Seventh Golden Age; an age of enlightenment and peace.
The second technique that I like to employ is the use of yoga itself. Most people think it is only stretching, but they fail to realize that if you continue to stay present with your movements and continue to stretch the bodies (that's plural because whatever happens in one resonates to the others) we begin to release information. I liken it to a rubber band stretching. When the rubber band is stretched out it pulls the molecules apart allowing the release of "stuck" energies. These energies are then moved and released. Many times this will give way to the memories that have been stored in the bodies as well. You will experience sudden realizations of why your life is like it is or why you have repeated things in your life unknowingly. Even begin remembering the past life events as well.
Both techniques are wonderful tools and absolutely marvelous ways to purify some of the bodies. Past life remembrance gives way for healing and acceleration on the path. Most often it comes slowly. Like waking from a dream. Maybe you will get flashes, have dreams, or feelings. Paying attention and keeping this in the back of your mind, you'll begin to put the pieces together and make sense of it all.
This is just another step before final union with the flame.

Soul Mates - Perceived Idea vs Reality
When we say he or she is our "soul mate" we are inferring that they are the "perfect" one for us. Little is known or talked about when it comes to the technicalities of soul mates. Like how many can we have? At some level we are all connected, so doesn't that kind of make us ALL soul mates?
In the human concept of perfect love, we tend to think our soul mate is someone who will be a perfect match to us. They like the same things, they even drive the same kind of car, but are these relationship really perfect? In true soul mate couplings there is always growth. For when you achieve perfect unconditional love yourself can you only recognize it in another part of yourself. Too often we expect the other to be perfect for us, without taking into account that we ourselves aren't perfect yet. This process of realization that we must work on ourselves first to accept people as they are and not for who we wish them to be is one of the steps in integrating to the true twin flame soul mate. Jealousies, demands, control and power plays are those things that come from the ego and not from love. Soul mates, or our perfect loves, come from the soul. That's why they call them "soul" mates right? Our souls don't have an ego, we do.
Perfect love then is when it is all encompassing, accepting and overflowing. It is the same type of love that God would flourish upon you. He wouldn't judge you because you are black or white, wouldn't hold the fact that you crashed the car last year against you for years. He would just simply love you.
Striving to love unconditionally this way not only brings a warm, fuzzy feeling, but it frees us from holding within us negative energies that stop our lives from being loving. Loving unconditionally although it sounds selfless is probably one of the best things we can do for us. Ironic isn't it? That when we give up the need to control others and "just love them anyway" we are actually setting ourselves up for the greatest love of our own lives.
So this weekend, be free, be loving and be kind. What you decide to put out to the world will always come back - whether you want it to or not.

Man in the Mirror Project - Listening Inward
Most of us go through our days wondering what it's like just to have a few moments to do "nothing". Sit in a quiet space, drift off looking out the window, or even take a hot bath. It all sounds nice, but the reality is most of us don't take the time to listen to the voice that is telling us we need to take the time to do just that.
Nurturing the self is one of the most important things we can do yet is often ignored because most of us have a tendency to look at it as a selfish act. How selfish could it be when we are only doing what is best for our vitality and livelihood? How good will we be to others if we don't take care of ourselves first?
Most often our bodies or even our minds will give us the message that we need to slow down. An aching back, neck, a clear "you should just take five minutes for yourself" thought that passes by during a rushed day. The ego tends to override these signals with "I don't have the time" or "Yea right, like I could really do that." It is with the statements like these that we see our true ego at play. The one that likes to feel important with so much to do and so little time to just "be". If we are busier people does that necessarily mean we are more productive? And, if we end up looking like a hag and having a dysfunctional body because we never took to the time to heal and nurture ourselves, just what are we proving, and to who?
Listening inward with intuition can not only show us where we need to go in life but it can also show us what we need to do to heal. We are a broken humanity. One in which nurturing has been long neglected. We don't know what we have not had, but if you have ever seen the study of plants and the scientific evidence that when you give the plant attention and talk to it it flourishes, you might understand a little more of what I am talking about.
Nurturing ourselves is not selfish, it is necessary. Our health, well being and mindfulness deserve to be taken care of in order for us to live up to our full potential. Listening inward to the signals our bodies, minds and spirits give us reveals exactly what we need. We only need to listen to get there.

Talking to the Other Side, Psychic Abilities and Twin Flames
What's it like for someone that is able to talk to the other side? Do they see people floating around the room at all times and faces coming at them during the night? Sometimes . . .
There are many gifts that God has given humans. We have within us the five senses that are associated with the physical body and third dimension earth, but we also have other spiritual senses that play an important part in our beings as well.

Some mediums may only hear voices, others may be able to see, others, are able to do both. Not all psychics are mediums, but all mediums are most often psychics. The reason is for the opening of the sensory preceptors and the ability to perceive in another dimension you must have your auxiliary senses open - the counterpart senses to our physical senses.
Clairaudience, for example, is the gift of being able to hear from the other side. Clairvoyance, the ability to see. As we see in the third dimension with our physical eyes, we see in another dimension with the "other" dimensional sensory organs.
Most often these types of gifts as well as healing abilities will be made manifest in the individuals approaching ascension - or union with their higher selves and that are coming together with their twin flames. Not all twin flames have abilities like these, but most often atleast one of them does.
Twin flames, if we remember, are relationships of the soul. The soul is a part of our beings we don't see in third dimension, yet I hope we don't doubt that we do have one - even though it has not been "scientifically" proven. I say "scientifically" because it makes me laugh when we try to put God and our universe into "our" understanding and technology. Like we would know how things should or really work. I still think of when science said the world was flat . . . .
Anyway, back to the twins. There is a process of growth and during that process the spiritual body will gain maturity. You will develop these auxiliary senses and learn to control them. Some that are born with them, have an advantage. Does it mean that they are more spiritual evolved? Perhaps and then perhaps not. What it does mean is that they have gained access to them. The key however, is to gain mastery over them.
As twins evolve into coming into union all four of the lower bodies will be cleansed and made new for the new garment of light to be put on. It is only with mastery of all four can this event occur. The four bodies being physical, mental, spiritual and emotional.
In history much of this evidence has been discarded. In the bible there used to be a story of such an event. The story was called the Song of Songs and it described the love between a man and a woman. It was taken out of the bible because it was too explicit, but it's words and references have twin flame written all over it. Here is one of the passages:
"I had put off my garment; how could I put it on again? I had bathed my feet; how could I soil them? My beloved thrust his hand into the opening, and my inmost being yearned for him."
This passages talks about the shedding of the ego, the cleansing of the path and the opening to the divine with the yearning that is indescribable in want of divine union.
My question is if man and woman exist on earth why isn't there anything in the bible which tells of the relationship that God has made between them? The church acts if the natural attraction toward another sex is sin, yet God himself created Eve just for Adam.

How Our Thoughts Affect Our World
Conditioning means we have been programmed and have programmed ourselves to automatically believe and accept the current circumstances in the world and in our lives. We accept them and as so believe we cannot change what we believe to be true. Children are not conditioned to believe that they indeed cannot fly like Peter Pan or sail the ocean like a pirate. They still dream they still HOPE for something fantastical.
Yet who is it among us that is more wise then the child? For even in science we have made huge advances in the study of matter and our effect on it. Yet these are still not widely held beliefs. Even so, it is with this evidence and with this belief that we can not only change our own personal worlds but even the world around us collectively just by "thinking" it so.

Awakening the Senses - Intuition
Listening to our intuition takes time and practice. We listen with our minds and process the information we hear, but listening with our intuition is another story. We hold the feeling within ourselves, sometimes closing our eyes sometimes tapping into the feeling so that we can decipher what it is. Something seems to be whispering to us yet the whisper is not in our ears, its from our soul.
How many times in your life have you said the words "something is telling me . . . " ? How many times have you gone against that voice and found that later you should have listened? The more we listen to our intuition the more it is awakened. The more we use our senses, the more feeling they are.
Try an experiment over the weekend. When you are faced with a challenge in your life, close your eyes and be still inside. Ask yourself how you feel about the situation, not what you think, but how you feel. Our minds often lead us into our patterns of thought that have been instilled by words, experiences, and the telling of tales. Our feelings, however, can be tell tale signs of something about to erupt, the truth of a situation and even a path better taken for ourselves.
